In my last 4 sessions Stephanie has been a great therapist as an individual and couples therapist. I would recommend this location and possibly others to the people I know.

I would say my only teeny tiny complaint would be the way the wait list works. I was placed on a wait list for an appointment but i was told i needed to keep calling in to see my place on the wait list. They didn’t act like they would notify me when i was next and turns out, they didn’t. I called roughly 3-4 times in about 3-4 months while i was waiting. The last time i called, i found that i was now next on the wait list and they scheduled me an appointment during that call. As someone who is experiencing issues, causing my need for help, it’s not only time consuming but stressful to have to keep calling in. A better practice would be to simply notify me when i’m next. Otherwise, my experience so far has been wonderful. My therapist is so kind and very helpful! I am comfortable working with her and she truly seems to care. I have no other concerns, i feel like I’m finally exactly where i should be and i am confident i will receive the help i need. Thank you to this wonderful team!

After several years of service, we started receiving bills when our insurance is supposed to cover mental health services, 100%. I can't even talk to these people to ask why because no one ever answers the phone. Their billing department has an automated system and says they will call back but they never do. I've called for days and days and can't ever get through to anybody and they don't ever return my calls. Maybe this will get somebody's attention.
