Avoid this clinic at all costs, especially if you have children needing therapy services. The counselors lack in schedule availability, constantly changing their schedules, canceling last minute and delayed rescheduling. My daughter has had two therapists with her who never could get to providing full care because she could rarely see them. One therapist left the clinic and now her second therapist is leaving.

Not sure what’s going on over there but this place has gone downhill over the years (dramatically). It used to be a place of competent people who genuinely cared about your experience and truly wanted to help you get to a better space. This is now an org of people who are hostile and confrontational. From intake - to the therapists - to the supervisor “Alex” that they refer you to once you request a new therapist. I was given a therapist without an intake to match me with someone who could have helped my specific needs. Once I got on the first call with her, it was awkward, tense and hostile for no reason. I ended the call early and called the front desk to reschedule with another therapist as it was not a good fit for me. I was then told I had to reach out to the supervisor, Alex. She called me back the next day and asked me why I wanted a new therapist. I told her that there was no reason why, it was just not a good fit and I would like to request an older, more experienced woman. Alex then got defensive and argumentative. I told her this has never been an issue before, and shouldn’t be an issue now. I also expressed that I do not want to waste my time or the therapists time if I know it will not be a good fit. She continued to press on and on about it and tried to pressure me into staying with the current therapist. After several minutes of this, she reluctantly gave me the name of a therapist that may be a better fit. Overall something that should have been straightforward and simple was unnecessarily difficult and mentally draining. In my experience, other clinics would prefer that you have a good match where you feel comfortable opening up and allow you to change providers at any time without hassling you.

Not sure what the other reviews are about, but this has been a good experience for me. My therapist Angela is very nice, and I feel heard.

Not alot of help unless yoy know the folks inside

I have called this place countless numbers of times, my husband has called, both of us left voicemails, which none have be returned. I finally got through today, got transferred to who I needed to talk to, said she was about to head into a meeting and was leaving early, but would call me back as soon as the meeting was over, but has not. I just called again to be transferred elsewhere only to be met with another voicemail. I can see they really lack communication. I'll be calling other places who value people way more than they seem to do. SMH and shame on you guys.

I had a close friend check into the program and right from the start she got the filling that this program was a setup for failure the intake was so horrible they stole her money when they took her inventory they maked down one pair of 👖basically a lowsy job then they told her she needs to go to detox so she did and they turned her away and told my friend how horrible that place was and recommend much better treatment centers so my friend decided she would give it a try the first day they took her to the methadone clinic and left her there. My friend called them and let them know that she would come back for her belongings when she did they where ransacked no phone and the 200$ in groceries she just bought all gone they claimed that when you leave the program you loose your groceries that where still in the bags not even put away. After going through her stuff they mist important things that most treatment centers would not let you take to a treatment center but they mist them in the intake process putting everyone else in the program at risk bad place to get your kid back and to think they let you bring your kid God help us

Ok got off the phone with a Juliana counselor & as long as you placate her & let her think she's playing the I care b.s. you don't believe but let her talk it's all good. Talk reality directly & she'll call you attacking changes the subject to avoid answering questions your asking. Condescending & big on not helping to change a passive aggressive controlling time scheduled for groups from noon -2, a big group complaint, & she talks with them though she says she doesn't but why work there that is contrary to what they claim to be? A question she didn't want to answer. I'm living proof of THAT with the other Juliana who knew but so what I was going to follow up medical appointments after a near death hospital visit it was group interference & came off like go to them but didn't mean it as she tried to use the guilt trip you getting anything from the group? Are you ready for them? How I was coming than not & how by now with the misses they'd have dropped me so that proves groups comes before anything in life even your life. Say this to me yea great support and the other Juliana from counseling supported & backed it all up by avoiding commenting on this changing the subject so by backing it all up she backed this Juliana up & saw no wrong there with her or with how 3 weeks later & a lie from the Juliana at the office I'll take a day from group to free you up for your medical appointments. LIE no contact back so get dropped because I want my medical appointments to come first & she wasn't getting her way via manipulative methods of guilt. And Kimberly Clemens is that her last name anyway lied to me they had rent money didn't buy told my landlord & when she called Kimberly said she was misinformed by me to her so I lied to her so good job on lying to me to the landlord and making me out to be a liar to her & you use the I'm one of you lines like you care b.s. nope you belong to them & the paycheck you get from them. You only care about yourself & to be blameless over lying to save your job protect it by protecting death works no life works there.No actions to back that up to help those in living crisis like I still 3 Months ago now. Your not loosing any sleep over me or the lies told to me to help. The money is always the why reasons to not do what's right now that you have it better off because of it and can get away with it & have death works support as you support them. You want lied to go to the. Juliana instead of lying to me to take a day away but did yo care to ask me which one? Nope but to drop me on the pretense I can come back but 3 weeks later & no word? Deceitful, lying, so you want that go here. I have NEVER been called by that woman on Mondays group. You kiss up play them like they all that let them run & ruin your life you'll get it from them & though I can't speak for them all there bet they too go along with the same mindset. United unified of thoughts & actions & you call them on it we have reality lives they well those I dealt with hated it I let them know & to say their group times sucks & isn't helpful but so what it is for them but the group census would be in agreement with me.. But as long as they get their way with you to control you & sadly that comes with if the courts mandates it but it wasn't liked that with me so instead of working with my medical appointments my health I got dropped by Juliana with lies her I stood up to & saw through her b.s. not use to having the controlling dictating forcing power so lie & drop me instead. Oh as for the tax write off s$$ money they get & the courts I brought that up to Juliana the so called counselor but she wasn't answering. They cause people to drink. Shut your mouths be good little boys & girls & never ever disappoint us & it's all good. Kiss up kiss their grits you have no say . So still facing home lessness & the hot water heater still is broke no hot water over a month & the landlord knows won't ok a plumber to come to the house to fix it & the lawyer went ghost on me after our meeting so thanks Frank Wall for sticking up for the landlord & being like her to no call backs, texts, nothing. Oh rent was due so she had to tell me about that but about helping with the water heater? Nope. Said no word on that but when she thinks I lied to her no thanks to Kimberly you had rent money & didn't than I could be lying to having no hot water..

If you are considering this facility for yourself or someone you know I would look for somewhere else, don't let looks fool you this place is a lovely looking place but a handful of the staff make it ugly. I was verbally, emotionally, and physically altercations of abuse. I was bullied, targeted singled out my privacy was violated my daughter was exposed to these unprofessional and rude behaviors. Passive aggressive attitudes, my medical needs deprived. The "care" they provided was traumatic. Ms. Brenda, Ms cj, ms.leeann, another woman I cannot recall her name. But Ms Brenda was the most abusive staff member of all. She made my private information public crap talking to staff loud enough for other clients to hear. She raised her voice and slammed and threw things in the presence of my 1 year old and I. My daughter was napping while I was in the shower as she thrusted aggressively a pushing cart into my room that loudly slammed into my kitchen table in front of my bedroom door where my daughter was sleeping. She unplugged my alarm clock multiple times without my permission. She ripped a sign I put on my front door. Another staff denied me my meds so I had to call 911 to get a ambulance to take me to hospital for my daily medication but in the middle of my phone call Ms Brenda hung up the call and persisted to try unplugging the phone but was stopped by another staff in time for me to call for medical help again. She has over 50 grievances on her in the 3months of her employment I'm one of the many others she bullied. She denied another client the right to call 911 even though the clients baby was sick and barely breathing and later was put on a ventilator at the hospital that night. I have more to tell but I'll stop here as this is quite long enough. Best wishes to everyone seeking the help they can feel safe and listened to and treated with respect and dignity.

I like my therapist but the service can be very confusing because of lack communication between providers. My therapist can offer me assistance with one thing and refer me to somebody else in the clinic and the person have no idea what I'm talking about. There are times where the receptionists do come off kind of intense. I've struggled with having Mental Health crisis and the lack of communication has let me fall. If you're not in a current Mental Health crisis than this place is okay

My wife is there and they are taking great care of her
