This place is terrible
DO NOT GO HERE unless you have no choice. At this point I would rather have literally gone this last year without therapy, and been better off. I have a lot of experience with therapists and this has been my worst by far. Currently this location has NO therapists to see patients. From what I've been told all clients have been assigned to "skills trainers" in lieu of actual therapy while they scramble to rehire. Go to their website and look at how long their job listings page is! I have had two therapists quit within a year, and the third therapist I was going to be transferred to is also leaving. They do not pay their employees adequately and actively exploit the ones who care enough to stay. Even with a therapist, I was only seen ONCE A MONTH! I have filed complaints, tried looking elsewhere, etc. but as long as they continue billing my insurance for "therapy" (which is actually skills training by a non-certified counselor), I am unable to get services elsewhere.
I've been with Peake for about 7 year's and the place has always been horrible. You meds are never called in or filled on time, you only get an appointment every 2 to 3 months, and the counclers never stay. You only have the same person a couple months. I have filed a complaint and I'm about ready to again.
Dr. Peake stood up my son THREE TIMES IN A ROW. For simple phone/video appointments. Basically in life threatening situations. He ended up hospitalized 3 times in three different hospitals and is still recovering from it. I'm thinking about reporting him to adult protective services. Avoid this guy!
i applied for a job here back in october. i got a call and did a pre screen and got a video interview for 10/29. i was invited to an in person interview on 11/3. when i got there, it was a get to know you session. the hiring manager, Lynette ran the "interview" that was more of a get to know you session with literally all of the staff that id be working with to see how well id fit in. thats what they went off of, not my qualifications, not my references, not my experience or education. they told me theyd call me back later that day to let me know what they decided. i thought from the schedule/pay/benefits/and orientation conversation that i had the job but i got totally ghosted. Lynette never called back i emailed om 11/9 and never got a response back. and thank god i didnt, i am at a much much better place now.
I scheduled an appointment 3 months ago they never notified me that my therapist was out of the office I've been waiting 3 months and now they're not even willing to rectify the situation and are being extremely rude and discourteous over the phone
Mental health is such a joke, not even the facilities for it take it seriously. I had to wait 3 months for an appointment just for the person to tell me "I seemed fine, and based upon my answers I didn't need immediate help. They didn't even want to connect me with a therapist. It was literally a 5 minute phone call I waited for 3 months to talk to someone.I felt absolutely terrible and still do.Do not recommend this place to anyone truly suffering. They don't care.
i have been here for four months. first of all, you get therapy only once a month, and nobody tells you that they won’t be able to see you enough to actually get help. the only times i’ve gotten therapy 2 times a month have been when i’ve been practically on the verge of dying. on top of therapy, i have also been trying to get a referral to a treatment center that specializes in a specific issue i believe i am struggling with (that life works does not treat) and i am also trying to figure out how to get financial assistance. i have been told since before i started my therapy sessions that someone will reach out to me about both of these things. nobody has reached out to me about either of these things in the ENTIRETY of the four months, with the exception of maybe one time, but i don’t remember exactly what we discussed and that person never reached out to me again despite claiming that they would follow up.they have continuously shown to me that they do not care about their patients. they do not care that i am about to lose my job due to my mental disability and instability. they do not care that it has been 4 months with absolutely no help. they do not care that they have too many patients for the amount of staff they have (i assume, seeing as how it’s so hard to get in an appointment.) i wish i had not signed up for lifeworks so that these last four months i could have actually gotten the help i DESPERATELY need, because now i am most likely going to end up homeless.
Fix the hours. If I at 6 call when it says closes at 7 i expect to talk to someone especially with zoom not asking a lot but some accuracy
My experience LifeWorks Northwest was totally not sober material As I Grew with the service I found out the counselor we're right and I was wrong. It probably didn't help getting prostate cancer diagnosis in December as I started the program. But you know Katie my counselor never gave up on me and that woman probably saved my life? Love her to death.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
