List of Little Smiles Pediatric Dentistry's Reviews
We went in for my sons' dental appointments (age 2 and 3.) The office staff was lovely, personable and helpful. My boys had a great time in the waiting area with perfect toys to distract and entertain them. The hygienist we saw did such a great job with the boys, explaining to them what was going to happen and taking things slowly so they'd feel comfortable. Dr. Pelley was kind and helpful, and the boys just had a great experience all around. We totally recommend!
You have a fantastic team! Thank you for being a Wonderful office!
Staff is nice, dentist not so much. My son is terrified of the dentist and she doesn't seem to care. Not sure why she specializes in pediatrics, she doesn't seem to try to connect with the kids.
This office is just amazing, the staff and Dr. Pelley are both kind and informative. They take the time to not only explain in great detail what is going on but also the go forward of the care plan. Thank you guys for doing such an amazing job and for being apart of our community.
Please go elsewhere. My husband was told my son had cavities by the dental assistant. He received an emailed care plan that listed "analgesia." This is not informed consent for mild sedation using nitrous. Dr. Pelley was dismissive of my concerns when I called upset. We will never go back. I'm learning that this is their community reputation. I wish I had known. Mislabeling sedative/hypnotic drugs as "analgesia" and having dental assistants communicate a plan without a conversation with the dentist and updated health history is DANGEROUS.
The office is kid friendly and so are all of the staff!! My kids ask to go to the dentist!!! Everything is sized so my kids are not afraid. The staff does a wonderful job of explaining what they are going to do before doing it without sugar coating anything.
I never write reviews, but several bad experiences for my child have left me no choice. The office staff and hygienists are amazing . Dr. Pelley is not. She doesn't provide thorough explanations to parents or children, doesn't make eye contact, is rough with children (emotionally and physically while doing dental work.) Her lack of compassion and bedside manner are very upsetting. After our first visit I brushed it off as a bad day, the following visit was worse. We will not be returning. I just hope my daughter doesn't have a fear of the dentist moving forward, she had quite a traumatic experience.
Had 2 of my kiddo go through little smiles and they are amazing. My daughter was terrified of going to the dentist but here they made her very comfortable. My son absolutely loves the dentist and loves coming to little smiles. He will always mention about the tokens to get his prizes. Both of my kids had to be put asleep. little smiles did an amazing job and making them laugh and comfortable and not scared to be here.
Worst experience ever.. Dr. Pelley has no compassion, kindness, empathy or person skills. Don't understand how she can be a pediatric dentist when it's obvious she's annoyed be children. She stated I had no other option then to sedate my child, how she would have her front teeth in until she's eight... I as a parent do have a choice and will never go back to this horrible place. She is the worst doctor I have ever encountered, absolutely rude and no manners. Never took the time to explain any pro's or con's.
We have been going to them for 3 years and wouldn't change it for anything!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
