List of Lorinna Lombardi Md's Reviews
The doctor was impatient and curt. The visit was very stressful for me.
I can't say enough great things about Dr. Lombardi. She is so thorough and thoughtful. She explained my condition in a way I could easily understand. I would highly recommend her. I feel very confident in her and trust her completely with my eyes which are very important to me as I am an artist.
Phenomenal results from my Dad’s cataract surgery… an incredible difference from a different surgeon he had tried. Will be using her for mine, as well.
Dr. Lombardi is an amazing ophthalmologist. She is a consummate professional and knows exactly what she is doing. I was informed of everything that was going on every step of the way.
Such a great and patient provider. So nice to have an ophthalmologist in town that is compassionate and really cares.
Dr Lombardi has been my eye specialist for more years than I can count. I have diabetes and she keeps close observation on my eye health. I also have cataracts but she insists they do not warrant surgery. For the patient who said that Dr Lombardi dismisses her when she, the patient, declines cataract surgery against the doctor’s advice, if the patient does not heed your doctor’s recommendation, what do you expect? You need to get a 2nd opinion and not get huffy.
I wish I could give zero stars but that isn’t an option. She is terrible. She walks around like she’s high and mighty, tries to talk to you like you are incompetent, rarely smiles unless it’s to be deceiving, she doesn’t accept patients on Medicaid because she isn’t a doctor to help people, she is a doctor to make money off of cataract surgeries. She’s HORRIBLE.
Patient and explains things carefully. Cautioned me about getting cataract surgery too soon as I probably would not like the results. I appreciate her conservative approach.
Posting on behalf of my grandmother. My grandmother has been experiencing an ongoing eye infection for 2 months. She was unable to see her regular doctor and Dr. Lombardi was the only individual available. Dr. Lombardi spent the entire exam complaining about her allergy to smoke (if that is the case, then don't accept smoking patients). She did not order any blood testing and only thing she prescribed was glaucoma medication, which my grandmother had a severe adverse reaction. Her eye pressure came down, but the doctor did nothing to treat the underlying issue (infection), and in the process my grandmother lost 11lbs in one week due to nausea. Any practitioner that is too caught up on the smell of smoke, that she does nothing to treat all aspects of a patient's problem has no business treating patients at all. Working in an allied health care profession, I have never discriminated against a patient due to financial status, age, or smoking status. I will never refer a single patient to her and I will make it well known to all of my colleagues that this individual only provides "quality" care to those she deems as worthy of it. An absolute disgrace of a health care provider.
Although already an OHSU patient, I had to wait 4 mos. for this appt. I would not recommend Dr. Lombardi. She was impatient and left me with many unanswered questions regarding cataract surgery. I was expected to make an additional appt. to get answers. The clinic staff also dropped the ball...parking me in the waiting room, then sending me home unseen to wait for a call the next day. A week later, no one had called. I would not recommend Casey Eye. I chose to start over with another provider.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
