Not sure I should even rate with a star.... submitted my paperwork for a routine colonoscopy in June. I've left a few voicemails, but still no word from this office to schedule. Super frustrating. Maybe I need to give up and try another office.

She is a wonderful Dr caring, intelligent, and I left her office knowing the proble I had would be taken care of immediately! High recommend her.

Love Dr. Cavanaugh, but over the last two weeks after leaving 4 voicemails, I can’t get anyone to call me back to make an appointment! Every time I call it goes to voicemail except today when I got into an endless voicemail message loop and couldn’t even do that. They don’t have a patient portal that allows you to send messages. If I didn’t live so far away I’d drive to the office. Extremely frustrating!

I very much appreciated Dr. Cavanaugh's approach to my health and her care was excellent. I really enjoyed meeting her and was grateful to be under her care.

Dr. Cavanaugh was utterly professional, and made me feel entirely at ease all throughout the consultation through surgery/post-op process. She listened to my concerns, answered all my questions, prepared me with all the pertinent details concerning my surgery, and shepherded me through my post-op with care, concern, and reassurance. She’s a fantastic Doctor, and an equally fantastic person. I could not recommend her any more highly!

Dr Cavananaugh is simply the best! Her humor, bedside manner & personality totally set you at peace. Her skill & surgical ability is par excellence. I have had two separate surgeries with Dr Cavananaugh. I had the very best care & outcome possible. I cannot say enough about this amazing physician or her team. They truly are phenomenal. You could not be in better hands!

Dr Megan Cavanaugh is a wonderful colorectal surgeon. Our first office visit helped me understand my condition and the options to correct it. Her superpower is treating people like people. I felt I had her full attention when explaining my issues. I highly recommend Dr Cavanaugh.

Who wants to see a butt doctor? No one I know of, including me, but if you have to go, do yourself a favor and see Dr. Cavanaugh. I literally just left her office smiling. Not only was she extremely knowledgeable and thorough in discussing my condition (complete with fabulous illustrations) she’s warm, funny, and sensitive. She recognizes that most people don’t want to be there so she makes the visit much more than bearable. Her medical assistant Sam made me comfortable from the moment I walked in (when weighing in, we joked at how my sweater could possibly weigh 20 pounds ??) This team is truly top-notch. Dr. Cavanaugh was recommended to me and I’m so grateful. I’ve never liked a doctor or office visit more!

I went through this office for a preventative colonoscopy but ultimately cancelled my appointment. Obviously this procedure is daunting enough as it is and requires a weeks worth of preparation, medication and dietary adjustments etc so you would hope the office would at least be helpful. I realized (found in fine print on the packet I was given) that I needed a prescription for the prep kit so I called to see who is providing the prescription (which would have been completely overlooked had I not called). I wasted time on MULTIPLE phone calls and trips to my pharmacy with long waits (each time I was assured it was called in) only for them to continually tell me nothing was on file. After 6 trips and 3 hours of cumulative waiting at Walgreens I finally cancelled the whole thing. I work and have 2 young children. I don't have hours to spend at the pharmacy. With all the prep they request, the LEAST they could do is take care of a prescription THEY want you to take! I have some tolerance for mistakes but I guess the second chance of the second chance of the second chance is my limit. I did have a good experience with Dr. Cavanaugh in the past for a different procedure but this was terrible. smh

Great! Her personality just shines. Very through with exam, was able to give me diagnosis that day and referred me to a physical therapist. Glad my doctor (Dr. Gary Kim-also great!)referred me to her.
