Dr Bix has been our kid’s doctor for over 20+ years and we love her. Has always treated us with warmth and compassion. She gotten us in timely for rather emergent issues and helped us successfully navigate through what was needed next. So appreciate her excellent care and expertise. It will be sad to say goodbye as our kids transition into adulthood! Thank you Dr Bix ❤️

All of the staff I've encountered has been kind, patient, and helpful. My son's doctor always gives good tips and treats my son very well. Other people such as behavior therapist, front desk, IT.. all of my encounters have been positive and helpful. Thank you!

We just had our very last visit as my son is graduating to adult medicine. We love the NW office and Dr. Burton who has been taking care of kids forever. We highly recommend this practice

Took my 15 year old daughter in for a strange lump on her neck. She was told by Dr Baliga it was probably nothing and just to monitor it. No bloodwork or tests were done. A month later she went for a well check appt and bloodwork was done but concerning results were ignored and although my daughter mentioned the lump again Dr Wood didn’t even note it in her chart. Several months later the lump grew alarmingly and several others appeared so we took her again. She was quickly diagnosed with stage 4b Hodgkin’s lymphoma. I don’t know if these doctors are incompetent or just lazy but I’ll never let them anywhere near any of my children again. They shouldn’t be practicing

Dr Elia is the ONLY doctor that has ever gotten through to my kid. I was so impressed with him. I was late and they called me to make sure I was coming which I really appreciated since my toddler had my phone. The person who brought us back was very rushed and not very kind to my child. Her tag said she was a paramedic I think? That’s my only complaint.
