I do not know about her knowledge, but her bedside manner and ability to reassure me before my operation was excellent. I had had a problem in the past and was nervous about getting eye surgery. She and the other staff members who attended me, as well as the volunteers, were kind, helpful, listened and put up with my excentric personality before and after my eye surgery.
