I am very pleased with my experience with Mindful Therapy Group. I have made good progress and feel that I am being listened to. I appreciate that my counselor has really gotten to know me and understands my personal goals.

They have been wonderful to work with. Never had any issues with scheduling, the patient portal, having questions answered, etc. They are professional and welcoming. To top it off the location in Tigard is well kept and looks great!

Been coming every week for about 6 months. The building is always quiet, the lobby is relaxing, and the front desk staff have always been very friendly. Many different counselors and specialties covered, I'm very happy I chose this location and my particular counselor.
