Finding a black therapist is hard, finding one that specializes in ADHD, Anxiety, PTSD, and trauma is even harder. Melu has been my therapist for almost 3 years and I’ve seen plenty over the course of 15 years of active therapy. He goes at your pace, makes recommendations and accommodates all needs. I’d give a higher rating if there wasn’t a limit.

I cannot recommend Mindful Therapy Group highly enough, and have already done so to a number of folks. As one of the first clients at this location it has been a pleasure to see the practice grow to support so many. The office manager Jackie is great, and helped to navigate an insurance change during a tumultuous time. Therapists here leverage a variety of techniques and modalities to achieve meaningful therapeutic results and I can personally speak to their wild success. Once again, I highly recommend!
