List of MIndrx Group's Reviews
I don't leave many reviews ever, but this is the most vile health service I've ever experienced in my life. These people will charge you over $260 for a 30 minute session (that the provider is probably going to be late to). They lied to me by saying my initial appointment is going to cost considerably more than the follow up appointments, when actuality it cost me more money per minute for the follow ups. They also didn't give me my bill until I already scheduled my 3rd follow-up appointment. When I asked my provider how they can justify charging me over 1,400 for less than 2-1/2 hrs of work, he replies "why do you care, your insurance should cover it". Well, my insurance has a $2500 deductible, so I paid everything out of pocket. As far as the treatment, the provider was sub-par at best. If you're looking to not really be seen or heard and you just want medication to make you feel better, this might be the place for you. If you're trying to heal and grow from trauma by actually doing the work, DO NOT COME HERE! Sidenote: the fact that they charge "insurance companies" so much is the reason why health insurance is so expensive for everyone, If you think "my insurance company is going to pay for this, so I don't care how much it cost." You are wrong. The insurance companies never pay. They just charge their customers more.. because of companies like MindRx.
Andrene Benjamin has been a wonderful provider who has provided me with high-quality patient-centered care and truly seems to listen and care about my needs and my personal well-being. Highly recommend!
The therapists are compassionate, the scheduling is flexible, and onboarding is the best I've experienced--shout out to Scot, who is amazing.
5 stars for my provider, but -3 stars for the company. If you need to reschedule or cancel for an emergency they charge $480. But they can provide less than 30 minutes notice of a cancellation for themselves. It's an unfair model and the punishment is one sided. Money grab of a company.
Incredible practice very ethical
Unsympathetic unequipped to deal with serious problems, always read reviews before you put your mental health on the line. Don’t give them your credit card information. I regret asking for help worst experience I’ve ever had.
I have received comprehensive compassionate care here for about 4 months. I am very grateful!
They make it very simple and straightforward to manage virtual appointments. I have continued seeing the same Dr from my initial visit. He listened to every concern I brought up, and asked me plenty of questions to piece it all together.
The most disorganized mad house I have ever had the displeasure of discussing my case with. They fail to notate a single thing in any form of a chart what so ever. When I had a personal objection about being required to have a card on file when my insurance has no required copay and they had the ability to send me a paper bill in the event of a no call no show I calmly cancelled my appointment. Now they are trying to claim that I never showed up to my appointment which for the record was never even scheduled considering I never finished the intake paper work due to previously mentioned personal objection. RUN do not walk away from this so called practice. Clearly the only thing they care about is stealing your money while not even looking you in the eye or remembering your name.
Process was so easy! I got my appointment that worked for me without a wait. My person was very professional and calming. Definitely recommend a great team for your mental health!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
