Just not happy. Avoid eye exam just goto regular eye dr. Not reimbursable. I wish I knew this earlier.

All my siblings (6) and I went here growing up and my children will go here. This is one of the only pediatric clinics that actually practice INFORMED CONSENT and let parents hear all choices, options, and risks before making a decision when it comes to their child's healthcare. Delightful building, kid friendly, wonderful staff, and honest practices. Wish there were more doctors like Dr. Paul.

So thankful for Dr. Paul Thomas and his team. They are truly the best of the best. I am so glad my kids receive such great care.

Best staff ever! Respectful, informative, and caring staff. Dr. Paul actually CARES about you and your child unlike other MD who see your kid as dollar signs. Bad reviews from individuals who dislike the annual fee but I would pay it 10x over again just to receive the care we get here! Thankful for Intergrative!

Great practice, I would not trust my kids to anyone else after visiting them. Not forceful on unnecessary vaccines, very informative

We suspect that billing practices may be illegal. $295 annual administrative fees for services that were not provided? This was never disclosed to us during the time we selected the clinic. We feel completely burnt. When we called the office, the lady we spoke with simply told us, "well you can go ahead and hire an attorney." Another major red flag is that we know other physicians that used to refer their patients to this clinic... and they no longer do.

This is the only clinic I have felt comfortable taking my children to. Dr Paul is great and I'm so thankful for all he does in medicine. But even more so, I love his team! Dr Mallory is our favorite to see. She's warm, addresses all of our questions, never hurries, and makes us feel safe! We've seen Dr. Squire too, and I so love and appreciate the ease and experience she brings. YES, there is a $250+ annual fee. I will HAPPILY pay that for the peace of mind I have going here. Question vaccines? You're safe here. They are not ANTI anything. But pro support. Nothing like the berating and humiliation I experienced at several other pediatricians offices, simply for questioning things.

Nice team...but they charge a $285 administrative fee annually. I have talked to other doctors offices & theyy've never heard of a doctor doing this. It won't be covered by your insurance. I contacted the BBB & got it removed. You can do so too, but you'll have to leave their practice...which we're doIng so now based on principle.

This is the second review I've written in my life. The first review was for a bar that had cockroaches- literally three- run across the bar while enjoying happy hour. I have worked in medicine for almost 20 years. Transferred to this office from out of state, new patient visit went lovely, and I was thrilled about the staff and what the practice was founded on. One month later, received a bill for an *annual* $300 fee which had NEVER BEEN MENTIONED once at our new patient visit, or on their website at the time. Which means I'd pay over $5,000 in fees alone-not included insurance- until my child was 18. Took my child for a visit, checked out with receptionist. Received a bill for fees for "not paying bill at time of service". Financial department states "the provider here believes its the parents responsibilities to pay, regardless when or if we ask for payment".

Love their vaccine policies, but everything else needs a lot of attention. Hardly ever could I call and get through to schedule an appointment. I had to leave a message and wait a few hours for a call back. The same happened when I would call the nurse advice line. When your child is sick, you don't have hours to have the nurse call you back to help you decide if you should go to the ER or not. Then, they top off the lack of service by instituting a $100 administrative fee. I planned to just stop taking my kids there but got an actual bill for this fee. I was told by the billing department that the only way to stop the bills from coming is for me to write them an email requesting medical files be transferred. My call telling them that we would no longer be patients was not enough. It was basically "pay us or we'll make you do a bunch of work to make us stop billing you". Definitely felt like a threat of future harassment.
