I see a family doc here but also did my OB care here for BOTH of my pregnancies. I now have my daughters seen here. Its awesome to do everything in one location. They also have lab, xray, acupuncture, and sports medicine.

My husband has a severe reaction to covid. Lost 20 lbs in two weeks. Waited all day yesterday for a call back from the nurse. Never happened. Seriously. Second time he has been blown off.

Sitting in the waiting room for my partner to finish her appointment and the receptionist area is the loudest gossip corner. Talking about a patient who just checked in, other office drama... The care might be good but the level of professionalism behind the counter was poor

Worst clinic I have been to. Receptionist was not able to properly schedule my appointment. This caused me to waste value time and impacted my work schedules for nothing. Avoid this clinic if you can.

Undiagnosed chronically ill beware: this place is the trope of unhelpfulness and gaslighting you've heard exists today. The practitioners even appear ill themselves, having wallets where their hearts should be. To others: The wait time is really short, and the facility is clean. They know how to splint a finger, deliver a baby, and set a bone. Don't ever get sick with something that needs a modicum of genius in order to aid you, and you'll never know why people rate them low!

Good providers and services but nearly impossible to get a timely prescription filled. You leave a message and weeks go by until your Rx is even submitted. This has happened time and time again. Wish there was a way to rectify the situation because I really like my PCM.
