Every experience has been a positive experience and the quality of the staff is much appreciated it's nice to come in and being treated like you are someone that is worth being listened too but it works both ways being honest and accepting the advice of the care team is important.

The pharmacy is the only department that has it together. Otherwise, you will get told 3 different things from three different people and then get left hanging. I went all the way down there to see someone (who I spoke with the day before) and the front desk blocked me from accessing them. Now my prescriptions are expiring but they could care less.

My 11 years spent going to OTC were wasted years of my life. I’ve sought True healing and empathy my whole troubled life and all OTC offered me was hoops to jump through, worthless mandatory “courses” such as CBT and DBT, and all the while I was self harming, and frequently suicidal. I’m including OTR in this review because the one forced me into the other. Since I’ve been at my new, small, private clinic-still covered by OHP, I have blossomed, and healing is now a verb, not a noun thrown around by an oversized behemoth clinic, too big and bureaucratic to have Any heart at all. If you’re seeking True healing, with sensitive, empathetic doctors, and therapists that actually know how to assist you in your journey, rather than quack social workers that hand you off as the seasons change, look elsewhere. Keep looking. Do what I did in desperation and search until you find an authentic house of healing, because OTC ain’t it.

Front desk is not kind and give different answers? Goodluck getting seen here as a new guest! No appointment scheduling for new guest.. they expect you to show up on certain days 20 min before opening for you to MAYBE be seen. Not guaranteed since they always say VERY LIMITED. Don’t waste your time, Go else where

Needs improvement on scheduling management and proper communication with patients in regards to appointments and availability. This causes patient dissatisfaction!

If doctors care, this is the place. These are the doctors, very attentive, not only do they diagnose and treat, they listen to you and demonstrate it in treatment plans that you have a say so as well as achieving the best possible experience and outcome! Accessibility is challenging limited and close parking especially with disabilities virtually impossible! I've been treated by the same team of physicians since I started my recovery process 18 yrs ago. I've been handed off, on three different occasions, due to my doctor taking sabbatical. I was always put in good caring hands. BEM has treated me and worked with me proactively on health care needs, for these past 18 yrs. She's not only my doctor, she's my friend!

The recording when you call says new patients are being accepted, but then when you get a live (kinda rude) person on the phone, it's "on pause" for new patients. Like every other clinic around, they've forgotten. Without patients, theyd be unemployed.
