I ended up at Oregon Medical and Laser after work one day because a friend kept telling me I should finally deal with my old tattoo and some sun spots. I was a little nervous walking in but the space felt relaxed and kind of homey not like a fancy pretentious spa. Front desk checked me in fast and everybody kept smiling which made me chill out alot. Dr Chad and the nurse who helped me explained the tattoo removal and dark spot treatment in really simple words so I actually understood what was going to happen. They did not make me feel rushed at all even though I asked a bunch of questions about pain and how many sessions and all that. The first treatment stung a bit but they talked me through it and kept checking in on how I was doing. I really liked that they showed me the pricing up front and it felt fair specially for the amount of gear and laser tech they are using. On my second visit I saw a different staff member for part of the appointment and she was just as kind and careful so it seems like they have a strong team and not just one good person. My tattoo is already lighter and my dark spots are fading and it honestly makes me feel more confident when I look in the mirror. The parking and location in Northwest are easy for me and the new office looks clean and fresh without being over the top. Everyone I met there treated me with respect and they were friendly without being fake. I also noticed they see people for hair restoration and injectables so I might try something else later since I trust them now. Overall my experience here has been smooth from booking to follow up messages. If a friend asked me where to go for tattoo removal or laser skin stuff in Portland I would send them here without hesitation.

I went in for mole removal and stayed for everything else! I even switched from Skin By Lovely to go here for my Botox and fillers because they have better pricing, flexible booking, and everyone who works in this office is incredibly knowledgeable and kind. I hate needles and this was the most relaxed I’ve felt. I’m so happy I found these guys, highly recommend 10/10!

This place is the best! I have ongoing treatments for tattoo removals and all I can say is if your in the area looking for tattoo removal or any other cosmetic services, look no further! Dr.Muncrief (Dr.Quick & Light Hand)is the nick name I give him, literally he makes the procedure such a breeze, and all of the other amazing staff working there who have assisted me, are all such a compassionate team who really go above and beyond to take care of you, and they are very reasonable as far as price, always quick to give you discounts through a point system and just their overall kindness to be a blessing. I feel very grateful to be in such good hands at Oregon Medical & Laser!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about my experience! From start to finish, everything was absolutely exceptional. From the moment I walked in for my initial consultation, I felt completely comfortable and confident that I was in the best hands. Dr. Chad Muncrief was so kind, professional, and reassuring, and their assistant was beyond amazing (and as a Canadian, my “nice” scale is pretty high — they were a 10/10!). The procedure went so smoothly, and I felt cared for every step of the way. I came in because my spouse and I are heading on a Chairman’s Club reward trip to Hawaii, and I wanted to feel my best for such an important milestone. I feel more beautiful, refreshed, and confident now that I've been taken care of. I’m so grateful for their skill and care. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend them.

I have seen Dr. Muncrief for several treatments & procedures; all with great results. He is professsional, explains the process and expected outcomes, and listens to patients. The staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming, including Inna whom assists Dr. Muncrief. I would recommend this practice, and would return for future services. 5 of 5 stars!

I've seen two estheticians who are knowledgeable and who prioritize safety. Results are great as well!
