Wonderful neighborhood medical clinic! My primary FNP is kind, very thorough, and professional! The office staff & lab techs are also friendly & professional! Highly recommend for basic health care!

Visiting this office was one of the most unprofessional and uncomfortable experiences I've ever had the misfortune of having. The level of mismanagement with my medical care was baffling. Despite having symptoms for months that I knew weren't normal for me, my doctor insisted that I was "fine" and to continue "monitoring my situation." At no point did she suggest that I come in for a physical check-up. I took her at her word and thought I might be overreacting to the symptoms, but I finally just booked an appointment to go in because I knew something was off. During the appointment she dismissed that I was concerned that my blood pressure and heart rate were higher than normal. I finally asked if she could please order some lab work just to see if something came up. The next day I got a call from a different physician who said I needed to go to the ER immediately due to my blood tests coming back abnormal. What upsets me the most is that I tried to communicate with my doctor and with the office that something was wrong, and she basically gaslight me for weeks until I ended up in the hospital. She called me a few days later after I emailed her the paperwork from the hospital and basically just said, "Sorry that happened." I still get anxiety from thinking about my time in that clinic, it was an awful experience from start to finish.

I love my doctor but this is the worst possible place to try and get a hold of!!! I was on hold for 48 minutes before I finally gave up and drove there, the so called receptionist was playing on her phone doing NOTHING! Today I needed to make an appointment and waited again for 32 minutes again no one ever answered the phone! F*** this place I will find someone else! do yourself a favor seek a place that they actually CARE about you!

If you go in for a preventative checkup and it's your first time. Be prepared to pay upwards of $500 with insurance. They will bill it as a new patient visit, talk for 20 minutes and that's it. They are not clear on what things are charged as and you will get screwed.

Staff is friendly and helpful, and Dr. Cody is the best. She actually listens without judgement which, sadly, feels rare from a medical professional.

Not a great start with this clinic. If you need to get in touch with them you might as well drive there to speak to someone as they never answer the phone and when you leave a message plan on leaving 2-3 before you get a call back. If you don't answer when they call back start over and repeat.

If you need good medical care DO NOT GO HERE. I went to this facility for nearly 4 years, and I will never go back after the extreme mistreatment experienced. If you have a disability or chronic medical issue, RUN far away from this facility. July 2nd 2022 I had a major head trauma accident, my PCP Dr. Guyette left the practice on July 23. Apparently she was the lone piece holding the clinic together, because after that every single interaction with the clinic was miserable, unforgivably slow, unprofessional (holding Short Term Disability paperwork hostage for NO REASON), the staff literally refused to help *just because* (thanks, Camilla), and they made it clear that they don't value other peoples time/money/medical needs. It's very unfortunate that this clinic offers such a horrifically poor standard of care, and that they let it fall so far (maybe caused by being owned by Praxis). I can only imagine the ordeals this clinic and staff have put other patients through, because of the clinics inability to actually carry out the BASIC job duties.

I have been a patient of this clinic for nearly 20 years and have been well cared for by them.
