This clinic was able to schedule me so fast, I was amazed. They take a lot of forms of insurance too, like OHP. The counselor I see offers telehealth appointments, which helps me a lot, and I like that she has an outline for our sessions BUT also lets the conversation flow naturally. I never feel rushed and she is a really good listener who shows an interest, from body language to asking clarifying questions and more. When she offers advice, she is good at explaining things and has a variety of insightful tools to share. I recommend this clinic.

They are listed as accepting new patients on insurance provider searches, but they never respond to to their online new-patient intake form, and when calling them, they don't answer the phone, and their voicemail box is full, so you can't even leave a message. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

If you're thinking of taking your kids here don't. They will end up much worse. I can't believe they're still aloud to offer mental health services.

Sent an email about being seen as a new patient two weeks ago, no response. Left a voice mail a week ago checking up, no response. I've recently moved and this was suggested to me for meds management, but clearly I'm wasting my time here. Don't bother.

Deanna Cain is my TBI psychiatric mental health savior. She has managed my medications and my status for 10+ years. She has a kind, caring demeanor and has always been easily reachable when I’m in crisis. She’s very knowledgeable about medication options as well as using functional medicine solutions whenever possible. I trust and respect her completely.
