I appreciate the care and professionalism from the team of medical practitioners. I am healing well from my surgery with no complications. I’m grateful they could see me quickly and took my pains seriously. I have hope I’ll continue to recover and feel better.

Thank you Dr. Rosenfield. You removed the terrible pain I have been fighting for 30 years. I am 2 weeks out and feel better than I have in years. My incisions are beautiful. I can tell they will barely be visible, even the “bigger” one. This is one of the best places to go in Oregon if you suspect you have endometriosis. This is a doctor who will fight for your best outcome and life. His team of lady nurses are busy but awesome. I only wish I’d sought care from this clinic sooner it would have saved me a lot of suffering.

Dr. Rosenfield and his entire team were very supportive and made me feel heard regarding women’s healthcare. Their followups after surgery was excellent, and I felt comfortable throughout the process. The doctors listen to your needs and took my concerns seriously. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Rosenfield, PA, Kristin Mauer, PA-C, Annalisa Schallerer, ARNP and their staff have a done a fantastic job taking care of me with multiple GN issues. They are extremely communicative, compassionate and knowledgeable. I am so thankful I found them.

I can’t recommend Pearl’s Women Center enough, every single person I had the pleasure of meeting here was kind and respectful. Like most people, I have a lot of anxiety regarding anything with healthcare/doctors and I’ve never even been to a gyno before until now and I’m so glad it was with them. They’re professional while also still being personable at the same time. I had my tubes removed back in April of this year here. The process was simple, straightforward and they support you every step of the way. Lastly, special shout out to the nurse who was with me when I came out of anesthesia (I’m so sorry I can’t remember his name 😭) and Dr Rosenfield’s fabulous medical assistant, Maya. You two are amazing and made my experience that much better. I hope your pillows are always cold and I’m wishing the both you the absolute best.

An amazing experience. During my appointments, they checked in with me frequently. Gave me answers in a clear manner, and respectful, no matter how silly my questions were. No issues when I asked for a cervical block. Every single person I spoke with was kind and understanding. Will get my IUD here again.

One year ago today, I underwent a life-changing laparoscopic surgery with Dr. Rosenfield and his team at the Pearl Women’s Center. After 3.5 years of infertility, three rounds of IVF, multiple frozen embryo transfers, and one miscarriage, I was emotionally exhausted. I had nearly given up hope. I remember thinking, “Maybe I’ll never be able to carry a child. Maybe I’m broken.” Dr. Rosenfield performed a laparoscopy to investigate and remove suspected endometriosis. During surgery, he confirmed a mild case—stage 2—and removed it. He also carefully evaluated my anatomy to identify any other potential barriers to pregnancy. I’ll never forget what my mom told me when I woke up from surgery. Dr. Rosenfield came out and said, “everything went well. I see no reason your daughter can’t carry a baby”. For the first time in a long time, I felt hopeful. It felt like we had finally removed the toxic, silent culprit that had been keeping me from getting pregnant and staying pregnant. Now, one year later, I sit here watching my beautiful five-week-old son sleep. My heart is full. My dreams have come true. If you’re struggling with infertility, get assessed by Dr. Rosenfield. He and his team are truly incredible—Karen at the front desk, Christina his medical assistant, and Kristen his PA—all compassionate, knowledgeable, and thorough. I’m forever grateful for the care I received at Pearl Women’s Center. I genuinely believe that without that surgery to remove my endometriosis, I would not have been able to get or stay pregnant. I likely would’ve continued wasting money treating the symptoms with hormones while enduring more failed embryo transfers. From the bottom of my heart—thank you

They never told me they didn’t take my insurance and then billed me almost $200. They sent my bill to collections within a few months of me not paying it. I regret going here.
