Pediatric Associates of the Northwest has always been great as our children's primary care physician but when we needed behavioral help they really let us down.

Do not recommend. Poor office experience. For example, common to have to wait 10+ minutes to be seen, but my daughter was turned away for being exactly 10 minutes late.

I use to work with PANW, and loved it. So it was no question asked when I was pregnant with my daughter on who her pediatrician would be. PANW has grown so much since I worked there, and it’s because they’re so successful at taking care of patients. Dr. Spencer knows me as a person from working together, and is an amazing doctor to my daughter. He eases any concerns my husband and I have, and loves taking care of his patients. When Dr. Spencer is out of the office, I trust any other doctor with my daughter’s care. It’s a comforting feeling know your child is in good hands!

We love PANW! Today we got our flu shots at the drive thru clinic and when my daughter saw Dr. Chaffin she had to get out and say hi! This is no ordinary clinic. You feel welcome, and comfortable. Most important you can trust then with the most important people in your life! My daughter has seen Dr. Chaffin since the age of 3 and she is now 13. Today was one of many reasons we love PANW! Thank you Dr. Chaffin for your compassion and kindness!!

As a parent of a medically complex child, having a rock solid team behind us is vital. I have been fighting doctors for roughly 3 years now locally, and Dr. Spencer and Geri Luxenberg (RN Care Manager) are ALWAYS in our corner, however we need them. Referrals are sent immediately, the office staff is incredibly helpful, and I know they're always there to support us. I am so grateful for PANW, I recommend Dr. Spencer to all of my friends whose kiddos have medical struggles and they all say the same. Thank you for being such an important part of my daughter's story!

We had to visit here as the "well child" visits were all done at this location until late last year. We visited in June and I was pleasantly surprised at the communication, as we have had a mess of issues prior, and standard to make sure we were all safe and following COVID precautions. We love Dr. J so going elsewhere just isn't an option but I felt like it was fast, easy and very safe. The staff was great on our visit so 0 complaints here.

Disorganized. Fax machine didn’t work so test requests never got sent.

Slow response times from all departments, poor online portal user functionality, and last but not least there are questionable billing practices. I met with three different pediatricians, all spout pretty much the standard lines, so if you'd like to save yourself a billing headache then head somewhere else.

I went to Pediatric Associates as a child more than 40 years ago. I have taken both my children there. I requested copies of documents in my child’s file and was sent instead a copy of her immunization record, which I hadn’t requested. I no longer trust going there as the doctor we have been seeing I have discovered is unethical and can’t be trusted. I am severely disappointed in the doctor and her assistants and feel that we are going to have to find a new pediatrician.

This office is amazing! It’s so nice to know that whatever provider you see your child is in good hands. Could not recommend the doctors and a staff more!
