I was at Oregon Dermatology today and Amy Simpson gave me an A+. Amy is a very attentive and caring NP. I give this Dermatology office five stars.

I have been to this office twice now and plan to return. I appreciate how professional every single staff member is along with the knowledge of the Doctor. I needed to get a mole checked out and then I went back to have a wart scraped of under my left eye ( talk about nerve racking ). I couldn't be happier with the service and results. Thank you!

I have been going to dermatologists for a variety of reasons for 50 years and your office is by far the best of the best. Additionally, I have been a retail manager for many, many years and feel as though I am an expert on customer service. From the moment my wife and I walked in we were greeted with a smile and warm hello. Check-in was a breeze; the waiting room was bright and clean. My wait time was minimal and again I was greeted with a big smile and hello from Olivia. Olivia made me feel comfortable and assured me I would love my Dr. and the office. Within just a few minutes Dr. Moore arrived and "off we went". For the very first time in a very long time I felt both "seen and heard"; what a joy that was!! My exam was extensive but at no time did I feel uncomfortable or rushed. Dr. Moore asked insightful, thoughtful questions, listen to my answers, asking follow-up questions when needed. Dermatological questions can at times be embarrassing and difficult to discuss with your Dr. This office seems to cater to women, is run by women, and looks to be staffed with mostly women. I had such a great experience with Phoebe. I could not be happier with how kind, attentive, and knowledgeable she was. She took my concerns seriously and gave me hope when I thought that my finger couldn’t be healed. Months later and after a proper diagnosis and treatment - it’s now completely healed! I am so glad I found Phoebe + her team. Thank you!

Dr Phoebe is kind and caring and very well educated. I had previously gone to the urgent Care and been misdiagnosed but Dr Phoebe Rich figured out the problem. In just three months my fingers are showing a massive improvement. And I was actually very surprised at how reasonable the bill was. Thank you Dr Pheobe and team!! All of her assistants are courteous and attentive. Her office is very very clean. She doesn't rush and she listens. Really had a great experience so I would recommend anyone to go to this place.

I saw Dr. Moore to get a cyst removed from my scalp. She was thorough in her description beforehand. She removed it quickly and all in one piece. Well done! An extra shout-out to Tina, her assistant, who was so kind and understanding when I got a little woozy during the prep (I hate needles). This is a classy group -- I recommend highly.

My experience with Dr. Hare has been excellent. She has taken the time to attend to all of my issues in a very professional and caring manner. The medications that she has prescribed are actually working and it is such a big relief. I'm grateful to this clinic for giving me back my life after a couple years of very stressful skin problems.

My entire experience was great. Dr. Moore is a great listener and suggested an inexpensive treatment that solved the problem quickly and effectively. I highly recommend Dr. Moore and her staff!
