List of Portland Mental Health And Wellness's Reviews
Unlike some. I am willing to actually share my experience and provide uncomplicated facts. Weird how people who have the least to say decide to review things, and instead of giving honest and constructional feed back they decide to throw up alphabet soup on here in a attempt to sound like they have any credibility or something more then a fart between their ears. I'll move onto my review as I feel I have given enough snark to either prove my point or show exactly why I need therapy. Review is as follows: I have been seeing my therapist for over 2 years and I can not imagine a normal week without him. He has helped me through my journey and provided me the tools to navigate life without constantly wanting to die or numb myself with drugs. I ain't gonna sugar coat it. Therapy is hard and it sucks sometimes. Sometimes you come out feeling worse then when you went in. That is just how Therapy works homies. Also, just as advice for those who are unsure, Therapy is a commitment to yourself. Not to your Therapist. If you don't feel the connection with your therapist then bounce to the next until you find one that speaks your personal brand. Never settle. My partner is also a patient here and loves both his therapist and his psychiatrist. Now let's get into the negatives. 1. Establishing care can be a bit of a dildo. Read the site and push through it. Thats it. Anybody you contact at Portland mental health and wellness did not make the policies or manage the system. They are just peeps doing their best they can to help you while also doing their job. So chill.
Issues won't be worked out in public forum, given boiler plate review responses dotted throughout, so I won't bother explaining either. Just know they're after the intake fee and nothing else, don't let them gouge your insurance for no reason.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
