I have been going here now for about two weeks and I must say that the acupuncture treatment here is top notch. Also the nutritional kitchen puts out some of the most delicious dishes that curbs the hunger for any drug use. The staff here is very uplifting and is there to help you through your journey in substance use recovery all the way. I'm must strongly inform you that this place only caters to the LGBTQIA and allies. This is not a place for everyone.
Quest has been a wonderful organization that provides me with awesome human support and more. Thank you for being there for me always!❤❤❤❤
I have been a client with Quest since mid 2022. There are a few people with a LOT of heart that work at this organization, then there are the ones that are there because they are either the guy who patrols the building, seemingly doing nothing but behaving as if he were some sort of Napoleon like dictator, as well as people in "leadership" roles that are very obviously just in it for the $$ & potentially the illusion of "power". If you're looking to wade through a LOT of the latter + egomania in order to find those with heart, this is the place for you. But if you're looking for a place that takes an overall trauma informed/kindness based approach, I would absolutely suggest you look elsewhere. I've personally had to deal with (paid) gossip from the likes of Brittany, Paul, and their higher up, "Dani". They offered mediation, but no sort of resolution or apology for their employees lack of professionalism, or any subsequent changes from what I (and I know others) have dealt with. Like I said, there are people here with a lot of heart - I would just not suggest assuming that the person standing in front of you has an authentic or caring bone in their body, until they show you good reason to believe so. 2 stars bc some of their therapists are amazing. The rest speaks for itself. 🤘🏻
Been with Quest for over 10 years off and on and they have helped me heal in a multitude of ways over the time I have spent with them. Their staff is welcoming and accepting to everyone. They LISTEN and CARE which isn’t mainstream medicine these days. The entire staff at this establishment are truly GEMS! Very knowledgeable across many methods of treatment. Just relax and trust. The universe has you if you have been aligned with Quest Center 🫶🏾✨💛
Quest Center for Integrative Health has been part of my life now for the last 3 yrs. Dr Padeen Quinn is my Naturopath Dr. I also have seen Mental Health therapy, gotten acupuncture, and am a graduate of the LINK Program. I would rate my experience here has been truly amazing. Each person who I’ve encountered over the last three years are going above and beyond their duties to make sure my care is put first. The front desk is so friendly and welcoming. I’ve never had a problem with any of them. Even as we have navigated through the pandemic. As a patient, it’s so important to advocate for myself. At any and all healthcare facilities. This clinic is run by humans, not machines. Front desk work is not easy. And, they have ALWAYS shown me care to address any concerns. I would highly recommend Quest Center. And, feel that Portland is better with Quest in it! I learned to garden from a counselor at Quest. Here is a photo of my garden~ enjoy!
The Wish program is cool. Acupuncture is good. But this place is honestly kind of a headache sometimes. The intake process involved answering the same questions 2-3 times with different people. Their internal communication needs better organization. I am frequently given misinformation about appointments and events. One time I showed up and waited for a class I had called ahead to attend, and the front desk didn't tell me that it was canceled until they were notified 15 min after its start time. My first time scheduling appointments in person, it took at least 15 minutes to get two appointments on my schedule because a new hire was managing the system without help. I don't fault any individual in this organization, I just would really like to see them handle their internal processes better so that clients can have clearer information and fewer scheduling mistakes. But I will continue getting acupuncture here and I am grateful for the program.
Called 5x over the course of 3 weeks to establish care after I emailed the intake personnel who gave me the number and extension to call. No one will return phone calls, left several voice mails which state call will be returned within 48 hrs, front desk just transfers. If they can't even return a phone call for patients who are suffering and seeking care, then I already have concerns for this place.
The women who called to confirm my appointment was so rude, talked over me when I asked questions about insurance, hung up on me twice on “accident” and then when I called back to ask about my appointment she would “accidentally transfer” me. As someone who’s been in the health care field for over 10 years this is the reason why people don’t seek therapy or other treatments. Due to complete disrespect. People calling to sign up for therapy’s are in a vulnerable state already, you don’t need to cause more trauma. Do better!
Thanks for cleaning up the graffiti on your wall. Your neighbors appreciate it!
So far, the office management has been terrible. One small complaint I had has been very difficult. And Kelly, the acupuncturist, is definitely racist. The director sat back like he's a millionaire and was also ridiculous. I'm thinking this might be another non-profit here in Portland making a profit. Smh

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
