It took Dr. Bettencourt less than 5 minutes to diagnose an issue that went under the radar of Dr. Brett Andres many years ago. Truly a night and day difference between the two, and both doctors work out of the same damn office. Join Team Bettencourt and remove the name Dr. Brett Andres from your mind. Dr. Brett Andres caused me YEARS of pain and suffering by not taking me seriously and ordering imaging on the incorrect spot of my body. Never once received an apology from him or his care team. Dr. Bettencourt diagnosed me and provided next steps efficiently and with some excellent bedside manner. I now know what I need to do for my health, and I am happy to finally have direction after going so long without.

Dr. Bettencourt has the best bedside manner. I was impressed with him from the very beginning with my 15 yr old daughter. He has provided us with all the answers and is working on getting her back to playing softball.
