Dr. Mercer criticized a future surgery I had scheduled (which she had zero involvement in) minutes before I was about to have a cardiac procedure. Her behavior upset me so greatly I was crying and sobbing leading up to and during the entire procedure. I believe this is the reason why the sedation did not work properly. I was completely aware and felt everything. When I told her how much she upset me the only apology I got from her is that she was sorry she upset me. I don't believe she has any understanding how inappropriate her words and behavior were. I feel traumatized from this experience.
