I have used them several times had a small wait but nothing longer than any medical office.  My problem lies with the fact that they took a payment for $110 then proceeded to tell me that they dont take payments there.  Then calling back again told me that they werent with Epic anymore and I would have to pay Epic again and they would put the $110 I gave them towards my balance with them.The ONLY problem is my insurance paid them and Im still out $110.  I called at the beginning of this week and was told they would be sending my money back.  Ill wait to see......

All the staff were funny helpful and easy to work with. I had a HSG and it went very smoothly. Would recommend

Always very helpful ... I go here yearly for my mammogram ... uncomfortable procedure but the techs are really good and professional they make me feel comfortable inspite of the uncomfortable procedure to go through.

I injured myself on the property and the manager didn’t bother to contact me at all either at the time of the incident or afterward. I had an early morning appointment it was dark outside and there were no lights out front and it didn’t look like the place was even open. Due to this I twisted my ankle on the border between the sidewalk and flower bed aggravating the leg that I had come in to have evaluated. It is still hurting over 2 months later. The MRI tech was great and the radiologist even spoke to me and called my referring doctor which never happens but I never heard from the manager. I also called prior to scheduling to ask about prices for my MRIs and I was quoted $500 less with insurance than I was billed for.Edit in response to the clinic response I tried three times to contact you prior to this review which was a last resort out of frustration. Twice with the form on the website once I found a reply in my junk mail box saying they could not change the bill and the third time I called and spoke to a nice woman in billing who was finally able to adjust the bill to match my original quote. I also told her about what happened and she said she would pass it along. I am not a “may I speak to your manager” type I gave the clinic plenty of opportunity to get back to me on these matters.

My husband had an appointment at the Bethany location and was humiliated and treated with such disrespect by the receptionist guy that he refuses to ever go back to their location. I’ve read multiple reviews from multiple sites that have called the “staff” at this location rude and I can’t help but wonder if we’re all not referring to the same little man who needs a good lesson in manners respect and nobility. So far their office has neglected to even give us a return call. I normally do not give unfavorable reviews but I would want to know about this guy if I was thinking about going to this facility. This stuff matters and in a world when public reviews are extremely important and carry a lot of weight I’d say this guy is reckless and does not consider the impact of his actions on others or himself.

I waited over 3 months for an appointment with this place and was called and cancelled on hours before my appointment. I spoke to a lady named Jodie who was extremely hostile rude and cussed at me. She sounded drunk with the way she was speaking. I would not recommended this place to anyone.

I was nervous to go here based on reviews. However my experience was wonderful at this location. I had a MRI arthogram and every single person I worked with during the procedure was fantastic. They were kind thorough and explained everything. The MRI tech may have just been the nicest and kindest Ive ever had. and I have had numerous MRIs at different places over the years

Incredibly insensitive during a pandemic. Extremely violent and rude.

Went for first ever brain scan Looking to see what might be causing pressure on ear nerve that was causing issues. Was met by helpful and kind staff. shout out to Kevin who with a genuine cheerful and confident manner put me at ease and answered all my concerns about how the MRI would go.Karen was the attendant Nurse who was operating the MRI machOne and with a calm cheerful caring manner made the time in the machine as comfortable as possible. Lasted about 45 minutesand to be honest its not something I would choose to do on a regular basis but yet knowing that it would give me vital answers to my concerns it was time well spent. Almost fell asleep at one pointKaren was in constant contact through earphones and a immediate egress from MRI bed was just asqueeze on a hand held device away. You are in very competent caring hands.The MRI using vibration instead of X Rays to make images is somewhat loud with a pulsingrhythm to it but I got used to it and like I mentioned before was almost pulled to sleepSettle in and enjoy the ride

Had no issues. I had to have a CT scan and I was in and out within 1015 minutes. The staff was polite and did what they could do to keep the place clean and safe during these crazy times.
