I saw Dr. Thompson 2/28/2023, after 2 years of chronic neck pain. He thought I might be a good candidate for PRP (protein-rich plasma) and said he would speak with Dr. Betancourt to see if he did this for my specific case. He told me he would contact me. I waited a month and heard nothing. So I called and left a detailed message with the office. It's been two more months and I've heard nothing. I feel it was a waste of my money. If their excuse is "lack of staffing" then patient care is suffering because of it. I'm not happy with the care I received with this doctor.
Very pleasant experience! Dr. Thompson explained what was happening and what to expect in the future. His explanations were understandable and thorough.
awesome in every way
Well this Dr was not a bad person per say but I came in with a very frustrating and at times debilitating issue and got nowhere closer to knowing what was wrong with me and as usual was just told to go to physical therapy and really kinda of did not feel heard and left feeling like he thought I was just over reacting or something. Back to the drawing board I guess
The whole team was terrific. Dr. R. Thompson is the best Dr. I've been to in my life for this type of procedure. I'm 72yr.old, so that's saying something with my history.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
