Emily, Kaylee, and Rose are excellent in adapting to the needs of diverse patients. The providers are excellent and the admins are always up to the task of doing what it takes to get the patients needs' met. I recommend Shanti's to anyone in need of treatment.

I have had such a wonderful experience working with Megan V. for over a year now. I'm a medical professional myself and as I tackled career and life changes and challenges - she helped make things so much easier! Not just with medication education and advice but with real life tips too on time management, positive habit development and enhancing self-care. And you can tell she really cares, she wants you to win. She follows-up and asks about how things are going, she listens and really concentrates on your overall wellness. Even as someone who does a LOT of personal development work on my own, she helped me restructure some of my daily routines to make my life so much more successful and I'm so grateful!

Shanti has by far been the most frustrating clinic I’ve worked with. To start, my first provider violated HIPPA by confirming where I worked to her son (who was my age, we had a mutual friend). After a few months with that provider, she mysteriously disappeared. I got an email two days after my appointment with her that she would be no longer working for Shanti. This sent me into a two month process of trying (and failing) to get medication through one of their other prescribers. They had told me I would have no issues obtaining refills through one of their other prescribers, however no one sent in refills for two months. When I finally got in to see Megan, she was much more thorough and helpful than my first prescriber. Making it painfully obvious that there is a complete lack of clinician standards or policy. In recent months it has been a battle to get ahold of anyone. I’ve been told to call, so I’ll call three days in a row and no one calls me back. I’ve been told to email my prescriber directly, yet I cannot find her email anywhere. When I email Shanti, no one responds. I could never in good conscience recommend this place to anyone who is struggling.

This is the absolute worst choice you could make in your entire life. Even worse than starting your DoC... Go anywhere else but here. These people only care about reviews and profit and will try to extort or bribe you depending on how things go, but more than likely, they will just probably cut you off at the worst time for you. Just look at all these recent reviews. The doctors are apparently fine, but good luck getting past the horrible people they hire to front them. You cannot. You don't matter to them.

Dr’s are awesome but their billing/scheduling team lacks competence. They reminded me of my upcoming appointment and I stated that I wouldn’t be able to attend due to loss of insurance, most people would take that as a “cancelation” but no they still proceed to charge me a $50 fee. If you have money to throw around and don’t care about being charged extra fees then use them, otherwise, find a more competent provider.

I have looked everywhere to find Jenni when she left Center of Excellence. And now she is gone again! I really wish that our provider could tell us where they are going to next. I find it odd the timing of the letter, and when it was post marked. Frustrated that no one can say anything! And yes, I agree about the front desk. They don’t pass along information, and it takes me a few times to get ahold of the front desk, hints the 3 stars. This is a business! For people with an array of issues! Mental issues! You would think they would be on top of it. Very frustrated that I have to again in less than a year find another provider. Jennie was very good and helped me tremendously! She will be missed.

I have a patient being seen here and have been delighted with Dr. Bahl's care of him. The patient feels very well taken care of and treatments offered are appropriate and helpful.
