Don’t bother. I just got turned away stating that I was late when they had a line and a person in front of me took about 10 minutes. Find another clinic.
I’ve been going here for a few years and have been very impressed. Their network of doctors and resources make it easy to coordinate care and make sure all my records are reviewed for an overall approach to what’s going on with me. I highly recommend.
Closest clinic for folks south of Portland
I was scheduled to pick up a device from this location, on the phone they told me about the pick-up process days before, so I went there and followed it, but I discovered that their plan doesn't work if they don't answer the phone, instead of apologizing for their failure, their employee tried to blame it on me, without terminations, your employees will continue blame their failure on the customer.
Doctor Gorger is the best!
What a poor excuse for a manager. I went in this AM after 6 phone calls 1 I even had my doctor call and no reply to my study I went in and was angry the manager said they did nothing wrong and I was lying she would not even say she was sorry, just do you want your results or not. The person who gave me the study did say she was sorry and acted very professional towards me and gave me the results. In my opinion the manger needs to get off her high horse and understand that we are people with health concerns if not find a new job where she can be alone in her world.
I love my doctor and the Portland Clinic, and I hate even leaving this review, but after my experience at this location today, I feel it needs to be done. The lady that checked me in was extremely rude and treated me like I was stupid. I called yesterday through the main line in response to a voicemail and left a voicemail last night. Then I realized that an extension was left so I called back and set up an appointment. Fast forward to after my appointment this morning, where said receptionist was rude again when I scheduled my after visit. Then a half hour after I left the same lady calls me after listening to the voicemail I had left last night and was confrontational about me just leaving it 20 minutes ago after I left. I explained to her that I had left it the night before and had already come in today. But she didn't want to drop it. She proceeded to try to argue with me further and repeated that I had just left it and that I was wrong. Rather than continuing to feed into her madness and to get her off the phone, I said sorry and hung up. I will never go to this location again. You need to train your people a little better. What if I was sick or elderly and confused? Is this how she treats everyone? If that's the case, shame on you for not handling a terrible employee!
Very good urgent care and fantastic staff
Love having it all in one place and doctors who communicate.
The very best doctors! We love having our primary care doctor and specialists in the same location. Helpful and informed staff.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
