Terrible customer service, more interested in profits than care.

Today was my first visit and I was so impressed. Doctor Brian Lindeman is the nicest guy and I highly recommend him to anyone who gets nervous with doctor appointments, he will have you laughing and feeling comfortable within minutes. My nurse practitioner was Maria, she was incredible! I got a shot today and I’m usually such a baby when it comes to shots. She made me feel so comfortable and the shot was a piece of cake. Thank you Brian and Maria for making my visit so swift and easy. Highly recommend!

Chris the covid screener needs better manners. This is a place of health not a place for bad manners. Train your people better or don’t hire poorly.

The staff and Doctors are friendly and knowledgeable. With that being said I think the Portland clinic pushed them to bill for every thing possible. I was a patient there for over 20 years. I had medication that I'd taken for years but if I didn't come in every 6 months for blood work. Which they tested for every billable thing possible. And every 12 months for blood work and physical. They would write my scrip for 2 weeks to force me to come in. I also never had refills I had to go through my Doctor to be approved. I no longer go to Portland Clinic. I have a Providence Who writes my meds for 90 days with 3 refills and doesn't have a fit if I go 8 months before blood work or over a year for my physical. I would not recommend Portland clinic to anyone

I was trying to be hopeful of another place, but I really should have read the reviews here. I not only had a horrible experience with the first doctor I met, who treated me like I was yet another annoying patient coming in to be annoying about "my health concerns". She seemed hurried and just rude in general. So that should have been my first gut response to move on and find an actual doctor that wanted to help me. Then COVID hit. I was in need of setting up an appointment to find a primary care doctor, and then I had to wait. I finally tried calling back to see if I could be seen. I wanted to give the place a second chance as maybe the doctor was having a bad day. I then try calling and as I got transferred, the call is disconnected. Fine. That happens. Then I called back and I got put on a line with hold music. The recording asks if I'd like a call back, so I request a call back. They then called me back in about 10 mins or less and I missed the call due to work. They left a message to call the main line back. So I get an operator and they transfer me to a recording to leave a message. So I called back and the operator hangs up on me. I then call back and let them know that my calls keep getting dropped and it sounded like the operator hung up on me. The operator says to me "Well, you keep calling back and I already transferred you".I realized, this was how this place was probably going to treat me regardless. Even if I made an appointment, They would continue to treat me awful, like they don't care, like I'm nothing.All I want to do is believe that there are good doctors and PA's and nurses out there, but you know what, most of the time I go to any doctors office or a make a call, you all are so robotic. You don't want to help, you just want to transfer people. So enjoy your mediocre offerings of helping out the community. You never cared about the patients, and you never will. It's all about making a pretty penny! But you won't get mine. I'm actually wanting to find a place that knows what they are doing and knows how to treat people. You have all done more harm then good, and I hope more people speak out to the awful treatment most people get in the medical field.

I went to Dr. Vides for the first time to establish care, specifically for prescriptions I have been on for 10 yrs. He wrote prescriptions for 30 days and told me I had to go to a psychiatrist in order to get my meds. I had previously gone to a psychiatrist for 8yrs who was the one who prescribed my meds. I told his nurse that I couldn't afford a psychiatrist since my insurance did not cover such. I tried facilities for low income and there was a couple months wait. He would not help me to fill my medicine even though I had to wait for an appointment. I can have seizures if I stop some of my meds. It did not concern him that I could have serious withdrawal symptoms. It was very unprofessional and disregard go my health situation. I come from a medical family so I am not ignorant as to how the medical profession works. He is not fit to be a Dr. DO NOT GO TO HIM!

Long wait, mediocre desk staff, nice doctor. Arrived 20 minutes early. They never asked for ID. Was scolded for taking photos of the empty lobby. Was called in exactly at my appointment time. Waited 30 minutes in the exam room before a doctor came. He seemed hurried and not relaxed. After the exam I was told to go back to the lobby and my After Visit Summary would be out in 5 minutes. After 15 minutes I got it in email via their website, and after 30 they were closing and staff were leaving but I never got my summary. An hour of wasted time and being chided for non-existent policies makes me not want to go back to this location.
