I had an awesome experience at Thrive Aesthetic. From the moment I walked in, the space felt modern and welcoming, and the staff was professional, friendly, and genuinely attentive. From Morgan’s warm presence in the front office—taking the time to explain the process and walk me through each step—to Chelsea and Allison providing thoughtful consultations and clear, helpful feedback to my questions, I felt truly cared for. They listened to my goals, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout my entire visit. What really stood out was how personalized the experience was. I never felt rushed or uncomfortable in any way. The team clearly knows their stuff and balances expertise with a warm, reassuring approach. I left feeling confident and well cared for, which was especially important as it was my first time in an aesthetic environment. If you’re looking for a place that combines skill, professionalism, a lovely staff, and a great overall vibe, I highly recommend Thrive Aesthetic.

I honestly cannot say enough great things about this clinic. As a patient here, I feel valued and my skin concerns are taken seriously and with a compassionate ear. They listen to my needs and even tolerate my tendency to gab a little too much. Morgan, Julia, and Ally have all made me feel at home with their charming hospitality and Dr. Maddox's expertise in skin care and prioritizing my concerns by offering the most up to date, science-backed, aethestic treatments make this my favorite place for my graceful aging needs.

This is the first time I have been to Thrive and I had a wonderful experience! Morgan is extremely kind and very friendly. I followed Chelsea from another Aesthetic center. She is the only one I trust for my lips and any other treatments. I highly recommend Chelsea and Thrive.

Chelsea is the best, I moved away and had to go to someone else, but now I’m back and so excited to have Chelsea doing my Botox. She’s honest about how much you need and she definitely doesn’t try to oversell and that makes me super happy and I tell her do whatever you think I need..
