She was my Doctor of Optometry for many years and I really trusted her. She was professional and very kind until one day she was showing me the blown up photos of my eye and literally switched to a screen of investments and told me I should be making money while I'm not working my day job. I was so shocked and horrified that I never said anything and I never returned. Surely there is a place to complain about this unethical behavior but I didn't know what to do. So here you are.

Dr Tran is meticulous in the exams she provides and gives very clear information on the results and on anything that needs to be followed through on. She has high tech examination equipment and efficient office staff. She is also pleasant to deal with and cares about each individual client. I've been going to her for years and I'm very happy with all the care I've received.

Dr. Thuy Tran is the best eye doctor in the world! I thought I was going to get an eye exam, but she changed my life. She gave me all this advice about my eye health, that was above and beyond what was required to get new glasses. The facility was state-of-the-art, the machines they had to check your eyes were things I've never seen before. All the staff were very nice and professional, and the selection of frames were very good. Overall, I could not be more happy I went to Rose City Vision Care. There are some questionable doctors in Portland, don't cheap out, go to the best. I will say the glasses were not cheap, but they gave me a big discount for buying two frames, and overall I don't mind because it is an investment in my health and well-being. Can't recommended this place enough.

saw Dr.Tran for the first time today. I was late for my appointment and she saw me anyway. She was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, She discussed results of my exam including demonstrating areas of concern using an image of my eyes. This was mosy helpful as I am a visual learner. She is very thorough and due to concerns was scheduled for follow up . She encouraged me to make changes in a very positive, motivational way. Her staff was also professional. positive. accommodating and efficient. I would definitely send others to her.
