I highly recommend this place. They were more than helpful. First the front desk folks were kind, helped explain what was needed. I had an issue with my insurance needing to be switched and they helped explained what I needed to do. They also talked to my rep to ensure everything got to them. Sometimes insurance is confusing so I was thankful for them. Making an appointment was easy, they send confirmations too. My cleaning was great, my visit great, I’ll be back for work to be done and then routine check ups. I appreciated everyone there and would recommend to anyone.

The office staff is great. The Female dentist is another story, please be aware that if you are not a white person-you may be treated with Less respect-such as no eye contact- no speaking directly to you as an adult. During my last visit the dentist never even looked at me or acknowledged my presence in the room. She began working on my child's mouth with out speaking to my daughter about the process. Unfortunately this treatment was not exclusive to me our black hygienist was also treated poorly. The female dentist never spoke about her process being done. This female dentist left our area to speak with another client who happened to be a white male. I was blown away with the amount of talking and explaining the dentist did with this other patients in the room next to us. The dentist left my daughter waiting for 20 minutes while she advised this other client and actively engaged with all kinds of suggestions. Upon her return into our area she went right back to being dismissive and unprofessional. Shame on this female dentist for acting this way. She herself is a woman of an ethnic background her parents would be dishonored to know she treats others this way.

Have been a patient for many years. They are consistent with thoughtful, respectful, professional health care. I am treated as a human being; listened to, clearly informed of my treatment plan and given great care. This feels to me incredibly kind & compassionate.

A great place! Staff is very friendly and smile frequently. Not some thing you can count on of late. I’ve had my dentist for the last 15 years and I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else.

This is an absolutely awful dentist. It’s that simple. I went here for 5 years. I never missed a single appointment. Then I moved to Colorado and my new dentist asked when the last time I’d seen a professional dentist with a very concerned tone. I told him I’d been seeing a regular dentist in Portland for years. 5 cavities later and over $1500+ worth of work my teeth feel great and I couldn’t be happier with my new dentist. Seriously just do yourself a favor and go to any other dentist in Oregon. This place is just awful. Good luck.
