If you are looking for inattentive dentists and rude staff, then you have absolutely come to the right place. Terrible experiences every time we come here, looking for a new provider because their staff has become extremely less than professional. I highly don’t recommend going to with of the stark offices. You will be severely disappointed.

Loved their experience up until this day. Throughout the week, I received reminders of my appointment, calls, and text. I made sure to confirm them all and requested time off from work. This morning, I received a call 1 hour before my appointment, as I was getting ready. Willamette left a message on the phone. The message was so incoherent that I did not understand what they were saying. Call the number back, but they were closed. So I went to my appointment and was told that it was canceled. I informed them before I gave my name that I got a call but did not understand the message. lady in the front at 8am stark 1 November 15th, 2023 was flat-out rude, saying I should have gotten a call back number. Ignoring the fact that I just said I did not understand the message or the number. She went straight to let me reschedule you. Not one, sorry. I said this was my only day off, and I needed to request it in advance. It was like one ear out the other and gave me a time for the next day. When I asked if anything could be done today, she was just very rude about it. Saying "We got no Higenist," with attitude. Nothing warranted that response because I was non confrontational. I took the next available time slot a few days away, but it was not confirmed in the clinic. She said they would have to call me to confirm. It would be nice to know then and there if it was confirmed to get time off. I had to call the office right after to confirm. All in all, it was a terrible experience. I explained my situation calmly, and she was incredibly rude. A simple sorry about this would have gone a long way. I felt like I was treated like a child. I left incredibly fustrated and shaking and embarrassed. She made me feel stupid for not understanding the voice-mail even tho it was incoherent.

Stark 1 location only is 5 stars! Great customer care from beginning to end! Stark 2 location is a 1 and that was for the front desk staff only! The back staff were rude and unprofessional! I will never go back there!

Stark st 2....first I was told over a month ago If I came in at 7am my dentures would be fixed within 2 to 3 hours Now here got a ride from ride to care and a pick-up at 11am Nope they said no one would tell me that like I am lying now I have to sit here until 5pm with dentures fixed and no ride home for you can not get a same day ride with ride to care so I have no idea how I am getting home receptionist Jessica is heartless rude and should not be in customer service

I've always had great experiences with Willamette dental group. Fast, focused on prevention, great customer service, and they help you without making you feel guilty.

I generally have fear for the dentist starting with the smell of the dentist the shots just as a whole "it's not a bad smell it triggers my anxiety" however I have been seeing A Dr. Leonard and she is wonderful she was not judgmental very gentle she's got a calm Demeter she listens to the patients there's another dentist there a male not sure of his name he is also very wonderful he was gentle he was non judgmental he gave me a shot and had a little trick that he did and I barely felt it so I really appreciate that they work together in completing a goal and that's getting you the help that you need for your oral health and being all around kind an dor that I am gracious

I had the best experience stark office 2. Greeted on time and didn’t have to wait long to be seen. DA Gina was very nice and gentle when taking my X-rays. Dr Ulmer is a great doctor he is so nice, made me feel very comfortable and not shamed me for slacking a bit on my dental hygiene. My Hygienist Elly was amazing she made my cleaning relaxing and was gentle with instruments. I will definitely look forward to getting seen for my 6 month recall.
