He’s great, you won’t be sorry. My husband and I love him.
Waited for TWO hours (Friday Sept 27th) in an empty waiting room to finally see Dr. Crowley. He said he was sending 3 scripts to Walgreens--I quickly corrected him to remind him (Second time) that I use CVS. He shook my hand and wished me a good weekend. I left and immediately found a text saying ONE script was sent to CVS. I turned around and 5 minutes later was asking to see him to make sure I would get the 3 scripts I was promised. I was informed that I would Have to Wait my turn (AGAIN) even though this was NOT my mistake. AFTER waiting an additional HOUR--His PA? told me I was Wrong--There was only 2 scripts. I explained that the Dr. agreed to a 3rd--So another wait--It was finally verified--But he changed his mind and was Not giving me that one. ALL this could have been handled by him respectfully allowing me a couple of minutes face to face. Found out Saturday Sept. 28 that insurance required prior authorization. Monday AND Tuesday I called the clinic to inquire about delay an
great bedside manner, very compassionate, made me feel at ease
Dr. Crowley called me the night before surgery, and was great - answered all of my questions, and made me feel better about the whole process. On the day of surgery, he had a really good bedside manner and put me at ease, and was available afterwards if I had questions or issues. I've heard that some of the nurses and other people in the hospital request him to do the anesthesia for their family members, which is probably the highest form of recommendation because they see everything that happens in the hospital. I would recommend him to anyone facing surgery.
This was the worst experience of my life.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
