Most irresponsible and unprofessional doctor I must say. I had seen her from 2016-2017. She forced me to do my last covered cycle. Of course, with no egg retrieval. I almost went into depression and thought I can never conceive now. Cooke is a crooke and only task-oriented, not empathetic with her clients. I wish I never met her. Finally, this year I conceived with the help of another doctor. Everything is so crystal clear and well explained by doctor and nurses. I do not recommend her at all

Dr. Cooke is a stain on the medical profession! She's the worst! She knew I had pcos but instead of helping me control my symptoms, she kept recommending me to do iui and ivf. She had zero interest in my wellbeing and only cared about getting the dollars from my ivf treatment. Ofcourse my ivf was unsuccessful and she retired while I was in the middle of it all! Who does that to their patients who are so vulnerable!!! Gosh I hate that women to my core!!! Wasted too much time at that good awful clinic. And now after 2 years of that terrible experience I conceived naturally!

Dr.Cooke is amazing! I was recommended to her by a friend and since going to her I have recommended others! She is kind, knowledgeable and patient. There was an extremely low chance that I could ever get pregnant and after her changing my protocol a few times to match me personal needs I became pregnant and now have a 3 year old! She is the best!

would I recommend her ? not even if if I had a gun on my head. She is a terrible human being (not only a terrible doctor) and her clinic is a disaster. the success rate is close to zero. You are wasting your time and money there. She is using the name of Trio, but main Trio clinic (downtown) accept no responsibility about her wrong doings. So forget the rating of Trio. Trio North York is a terrible terrible place.

I do not have any bad reviews for Dr. cook. She did my sono procedure and completely cleared my tubes. I went to two other IVF clinic prior to her and they all told me my tubs are block and that the sono procedure did not work at all. Previous IVF clinic's told me I required surgery. Thank goodness I went to dr. cook's office cause now I am 10 weeks pregnant. I do agree that the nurses do not explain all the details with regards to cycle monitoring , but that is the nurses that need to be more informative, not Dr. cook. All my experiences have been very helpful. I have a million questions and Dr. cook is always there to help. I hate the long waits but I think it's like that at every IVF clinic. Just want to let those know that everyone experience may be different. But you need to inquire and call and be a bit of an annoyance to ensure your needs are met. Hope this helps have a good one.

Had a terrible experience in all the aspects at Trio- North York . three friends went here and all of us were unsuccessful. why this terrible doctor has not been investigated?

I wish I had read these comments before the start my medical procedure with her. Everything was good at first, nice doctor and nice staff. Until a complication (I will explain Melissa (the coordinator), Janet (the reception) showed themselves sympathetic to spy on me. ). Dr. Cooke left note to True North Imaging personals to hide the ultrasound results and when I asked to send the my test results to my family doctors for more than 10 times, they send just a selection (only good results) My medical case: I had over 25 follicles larger than 1.45 cm in my right ovary and a lot more in another ovary. I was told this is a good thing (while it was not because it was a sign of Ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS)). A week before my egg retrieval i and pain and bled. I told this to the ultrasound technician and after her examination, she wrote on my report that she observed fluid and also she wrote that the follicles in my right ovary are not accessible. I met the coordinator (Melissa). She gave a page contains of a diet (OHSS protocol), without explaining what is OHSS is and the severity and risk of OHSS involving continuing the injections. my health becomes worse and worse every day. I gained more 3 kg in 2-3 days. my Abdominal was bloated (my waist size increased from size 2 to size 6). I went through egg retrieval, my condition became worse and worse. the pain was so bad that I had to use 7 to 8 Tylenol per day. I could not sleep from the pain. Every day, I was explaining my condition to the coordinator and always I heard that this is gonna be better. I start searching the web, I learned that this is a very serious condition. I talked with a couple of doctors (my friends) and the doctors suggested to go to ER and the fluid of my abdomen must be drained. The coordinator after talking with Dr. Cooke told me only when I have shortness of breath I can go to ER. Dr. Cooke personally told me that if I go to ER nobody will do anything for me in ER. The coordinator told me I do not want to drain the fluid of my stomach because it is very ugly procedure. Dr. cooke told me that I have conception. Finally, when I could not stand and walk because of pain. My abdomen was as size a 6-month pregnant woman, I went to ER and the emergency doctor drained 2 liter of fluid from my stomach. I noticed my liver was inflammated. , my ovaries were bigger than 10 cm (normal size was 2.5 cm) and so many other things. To make the story short, she prevented me from accessing to my ultrasound results and other medical as well. Question is why?????

Very helpfull. And from my experience tells it as is. Not sure why people giving bad reviews. Not everyone has same success. Doctors can not grsntee anything. Only improve the chances ultimately it is God who gives life.

I was looking for dr cj cooke number online to pass on to someone when I use to go they were in Scarborough now they move to downtown found this review they r money making clinic n all bad things about Janet receptionist I m answering the last person who is worried don't be worried I have my two kids Which are the result of treatment from dr c j cook They r the best clinic n very good doctor and receptionist too I got my kids after 14 years it was thus doctor I have send 4 ppl there they all have babies If you think about money I agree it is hard but still result is for lifetime Trust me I have done treatments in 3 part of world n got my luck here Don't be disheartened just do your part leave rest to god n doctor She is the best Hope it work for u too
