Dr. Allen listens to my concerns and follows through to discover what is causing my issues. Neither of us are fond of Medicare's annual wellness exam but we get through it with a sense of humor. The staff is always friendly, the visits efficient but do not feel rushed.

I feel so fortunate to have Dr. Heidi Allen as my primary care doctor. She always takes the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explains my conditions and medications. Unlike many other doctors I’ve seen, I never feel rushed or self conscious when I need to ask questions.

Dr. Allen does not seem to be concerned about my condition which is degenerative and permanent. She also did not advise me for my Fatty liver disease which concerns me greatly. I have chronic pain in my right shoulder, knee and gout which is not being treated. She refused to give a professional opinion on my conditions which was required for a hearing I went to recently. She doesn't put in my lab orders which I am borderline diabetic and should have my liver enzymes checked regularly.

I have always had a great experience with Dr Allen. She always takes time for all of my families needs and answers any questions I have. She is very professional!

Dr. Heidi Allen is a poor excuse for a medical doctor. She needs to take another course in bedside manner. Along with proper care of the actual patient and their real needs. She also needs to understand how to administer meds and be able to take a patient off of those drugs safely. She almost cost me my life. I would not recommend her to my worst enemy. God bless her and hope she gets her priorities right.

I am new to town this month and was unsure whom to pick for my primary provider. I have Epilepsy and Severely abnormal Carpel tunnel... and these reviews have me concerned to the point of not being able to sleep. I am hoping that you are both wrong.
