I broke my arm and wrist in a hiking accident and was lucky enough to have Dr Hoblet on duty for emergencies. I was then under his care for surgery. I feel very fortunate to have him as my surgeon.

I was disappointed with Dr. Hoblet. He didn’t answer my questions thoroughly, I had to drag information out of him. I didn’t feel I got the care I needed. My hand is as bad or worse than it was before I saw him. He basically did the least he could to help me. I will go to a better hand surgeon who actually cares about his patients.

Dr hoblet was very rude and didn’t give me or talk to me about test results . Acted like my son and I are a inconvience . Not going back

Dr Hoblet apparently has a problem with people on workers comp. gave my wife a clean bill of health even though she has been approved for early retirement due to this injury. she was simply having the hand reassessed due to increasing pain. his attitude was rude and unprofessional, didn't want to hear her concerns. Simply cut her off mid sentence several times and said "you're fine, go back to work". told her the pain was due to carpal tunnel, not the accident and subsequent surgery.

Dr Hoblet worked on my knee. He excellent job my knee is great and he is an outstanding chap to boot

Great "bedside manner". Seems very knowledgeable about hand & wrist surgeries, although I haven't had any surgeries with him yet.

I switched to this dr. after seeing a different specialist who is said to be brilliant but he was arrogant and uncaring. My Primary Care Physician referred me to Dr. Hoblet. This dr. is kind, compassionate, and he treats me with concern. He engages eye contact and lets me explain my pain. He could see how nervous and anxious I was but he put me at ease right away. And he was careful to numb the area twice before the injection and proceeded very slowly and gently. To my surprise I didn't feel the shot. My previous dr. didn't care if it hurt and he was NOT gentle like Dr. Hoblet was. I highly recommend this dr to my family and friends. Kind, compassionate & gentle.
