Awesome folks that listen, care, and help in a very timely manner! Thank you very much.
It was great. I was in and out of there so fast.. It was a great experience considering the situation.
Simply the best group
Would have been 5 stars if it had been less expensive. I am new to the area but this will be my new "go to". Kind staff. Clearly exceptional Medical staff. Even the "Drs. In training" were exceptional. Would have given 4 3/4 stars if I could have....5 if it had been about $100.00 cheaper.
The best urgent care I ever went too. Nice people.. nice Doctors... They get u in right away .. it's clean .. nice big red chairs to sit in .. I can keep going on and on ...
Brad Robertson RN and PA Julie Chaney were awesome. My husband was MISERABLE post op with excessive pain and a UTI and we are from out of town but were in Bend for knee replacement surgery. We could not reach the surgeon's office. Julie persisted for two hours trying to reach who we could not (The Center). Her advocacy was so important. Eventually she got in touch with the surgeon and worked my husband in to be seen by him on his off day. Both PA and nurse, believed us, advocated for us, and stuck with it vs telling us they tried n couldn't. We appreciate their time and effort. It is a challenging position for them to try to provide treatment which may be in contradiction to what the surgeon wanted. The Center is great, but has abysmal access...nobody answers the phone and call backs take a very long time. Even for this urgent care provider, she could not get through. She kept at it, trying some back door, creative approaches to reaching the surgeon. It was a miserable day, but we will remember the compassion and persistence at this urgent care. Then there was that one hour wait in line at Walgreens...oye! Thank you Julie and Brad!
Excellent care. They went above and beyond.
The online check in is worthless. Online said one in line and reason we chose them. Filled out online but still had paperwork there that duplicated what already filled out. Waited over an hour so might as well have went to in network urgent care. Was really hurting/sick so thought online check in was great but it didnt work. But once seen docs were very nice
I feel they really cared
I had a nosebleed today, over 45 minutes straight. Went to this horrible place, apparently too close to closing, and they REFUSED to see me!!! Said they had "seen too many people today", and sent me to the ER. BTW, it was 20 minutes before they closed, not 5 minutes.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
