If you do not have insurance, avoid this business. They are not upfront about their costs. After an elective office visit on a knee that has plagued me for years, I was walked into an Xray machine and NEVER explained that this expense is above and beyond the "office visit" expense. They are very happy to read the signature page of financial responsibility, yet take no ownership in detailing out actual cost while physically in the office.

Have been going to Desert Orthopedics for many years. During My recent visit the front desk we're friendly and efficient. The doctor and nurse were both wonderful. I was very happy with my treatment results. Would highly recommend them.

My husband and I have been using Desert Orthopedic in Redmond for the last 15 years. The physicians and staff have always been professional, caring & efficient. Highly recommend. However, hopefully won’t have to use them many more times. You can only put humpty dumpty together again so many times! 🤣

In the past several months, I have been to several locations here in Central Oregon dealing mostly with knee and nerve issues. I have no problem going to different local offices as they are all rather short distances. The office staff have been friendly at all locations. I prefer their sevices over The Center whom I have horrible experences scheduling appts and the doctor I saw did not help me at all.

Absolutely worst experience ever! They refused service to a disabled veteran who qualified for the American With Disabilities Act. I hope all veterans who are using the Cares Act will avoid this place.
