The staff is horrible. Monthly they mess up my prescription refills. How hard is it to refill a med? Then they are hostile on the phone for miss billing. They never call with lab results. I've never heard of this before but they will allow you to see another provider in the office for minor issues and charge a copay and then turn right around and make you go see your assigned PCP and charge again! I think it's for extra $$.
