I would recommend D. Healey and her staff to anyone! my entire family has had the most compassionate, comprehensive eye care due to Dr. Healey and her staff. Jules, the Office Manager, goes above and. who did to help us with our insurance coverage. we are all so grateful!!

It had been over 15 years since I've had my vision checked. I called to set up an appointment for an exam, the staff was very accommodating & had me in the office 2 days later. I found that the exam was professional & very thorough. I was able to choose my frames from the vast selection & with-in a week had my new glasses. I highly recommend that if you have procrastinated as long as I had that you go to see Dr. Healey.

Dr. Healey and her staff are top notch. As a parent, I greatly appreciate how excellent Dr. Healey is with young children. My kids love her and she's able to take what can be an at times challenging experience and make it comfortable with warmth and care. Visiting with the doctor is like visiting with a friend - albeit one with greater knowledge and professionalism than most of the folks I hang out with!The staff is always friendly and they've gone out of their way on multiple occasions to take care of my entire family. I can't recommend the office highly enough.

Dr Healey is an excellent eye doctor. Her clinic staff are all kind and proficient at the roles and we've been coming to Healey Vision for several years. I would highly recommend Healey Vision, especially to families with kids as they do an excellent job with families.

Every time I've been to see her she has done a great job. Last year I had a sudden eye emergency which resulted in me unable to open an eye due to extreme light sensitivity. We called and she told me to come immediately. Upon arrival, she examined my eye and could see that my dry eye, while I'm sleeping, had resulted in tearing the top corneal layer of my eyeball which was causing the pain. A few minutes later she came in with a "bandage" contact lens which immediately eased the pain and sensitivity. I made an appointment for a week later to remove the lens and check everything was back to normal.This is just one example but there are others that my wife and I have experienced and Dr. Healey is always responsive, professional and really cares about her patients with follow up. There at optometrists closer to where I live but I prefer to travel to Redmond to see Dr. Healey as her track record. I would recommend her to anyone because of the personal experiences over the past 12 years.

Dr. Healey is great! My husband, my son and I have been with her more than 10 years and followed her when she moved to the new location. She is always very kind, and spends enough time to explain everything and answer all questions we have. She is very friendly and attentive. Even they don't accept my insurance at the new place I decided to stay with her and use my husband's insurance. It's always pleasure to visit her and I also fully trust her. Her optometrist/optician techs stuff are wonderful as well! I am especially impressed with Cayle and what he did for me yesterday. One year ago I bought an expensive frame there (more than $500) and the optician tech back then (he was temporary, an intern I believe) did not explain to me I can't use the frame because it's curved ( I have bad astigmatism). He ordered the lenses and after I got my glasses, he was gone. I could not use the glasses, I couldn't see well and I had headaches so I bought another frame and order lenses somewhere else. However, I shared this story with both techs yesterday and they offered to try something to fix this problem. Cayle spent about an hour and made the frame flat so I can use it. And the frame looks like it was originally made this way! He also offered to make my lenses very thin and light. I can't wait to receive them and I am very happy and grateful I can use the frame I spent so much money on some time ago. I highly recommend Dr. Healey and her stuff!

The optometerist is fine. However the optician recommended expensive frames with frameless lenses for a prescription that made glasses very heavy and caused the rather scant nose-bridge support to dig into the nose, making them unusable for more than 5 minutes. What's worse was when asked for some remedy, the optician got poorly fitting replacement pads that was just as bad. and shrugged his shoulders displaying a 'not my problem attitude'. I would not recommend buying glasses from here.

Easy to work with, very helpful and experienced and great with kids!

So it's Saturday, 3pm. I got something in my eye at work. I'm an auto tech at a kirkland dealer. I do a Google search for open eye doctors. I find Dr Healy. I've never been seen there. I call them. They squeeze me in at 3:45. I get there, nicest people. I meet with the doctor, she finds a peice of metal in my right eye. She quickly and painlessly removes it. Offers to come in sunday for a follow up. I'm blowen away at how they helped me, saved me a trip to the er or urgent care. I would highly recommend them.
