Nova Health Urgent Care-Redmond 21St Place's Online Review Report Card

Everyone was very helpful and kind. My provider was very informative and patient. She only focused on me and she made me feel like I was the only patient that she had and I didn't feel rushed in and out although she didn't waste my time by making me wait forever. She made me feel like I mattered. I loved that.

Everyone on staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I had a great experience.

We came in on Easter Sunday. They were short staffed and yet so friendly and prompt with service. Treated myself and my daughter with kindness and great care!

The service was quick and the staff were professional and pleasant. The NP was super compassionate and informative.

Updated 2/2/22: I emailed Kaylee a week ago as requested in her response below, and never heard back from her. Just like I said in my post........... Don't waste your time or money with this place. They won't be around long with this type of business practice.......I have been here twice now, and this place is HORRIBLE! I went about a week ago and paid cash for a simple issue I am having, and they did a test and sent me home. Symptoms are still here a week later. I talked to a cousin of mine who is a doctor in Atlanta and she said it sounded like a very simple case of a specific thing and could easily be fixed with antibiotics. I looked it up and had 5 of the 7 symptoms of what she told me. I simply called back to run this by James who had seen me there and was told that I would need to come in and pay all over again. This is step one of what I told them was going to happen if they didn't respond. Step two, is contacting my attorney to get my money back! I couldn't care less about the money........ Now it's the principle of another place just wanting to take advantage of you, and doesn't care....... Take this into simple consideration. Do you see the owner responding to all of the good reviews sending them business? No, only the negatives simply defending themselves. GO TO THE NEW SUMMIT HEALTH URGENT CARE ACROSS THE STREET FROM FRED MEYERS!!!

Updated 2/3: Exact same response I got on Google reviews to the word. I emailed them back and haven't heard one word from them in over 2 weeks. This is their generic BS response for every negative review they get. This one was sent by one person and signed by another. GREAT copy & paste job! Only does test nothing else. They also do not recognize COVID as there problem.

My 10 year old son came in on Monday Oct 25th to have a COVID19 test done. Everyone encountered were very professional and kind. The nurse that gave the test was WONDERFUL with my son. She has a way with children. I believe her name was Melissa. I honestly expected some snootyness because that's the kind of experience I've had at other places but I was very pleased to not see that. You guys have an wonderful team

Hi there, l went to You Care with a grade 3 ankle sprain today it was so swollen it looked like a tennis ball was covering the spot where my ankle bone should be and l was in a great deal of pain which is to be expected so they gave me an X-ray and determined that it was not broken. The staff and Doctor were very polite and professional, but when l asked about pain meds l was told sorry there's not much we can do for you.So l understand that the country is in the grips of a horrible opioid crisis and has been for some time but when people who legitimately need pain meds can't get them it's a real shame, so l had to call my family care provider and make an appointment to see her so l could get the proper care that l needed. Bottom line is unless it's a minor injury don't waste your time and money.

Your Care is truly a gift in the Central Oregon Healthcare community. It's the first stop for my family when we face unexpected illnesses. In fact, we gain easy admittance, which is more than I can say for our regular primary provider.Usually we call ahead, but even walk-ins are facile events. I've never experienced an unreasonable wait time and the front office staff are always affable and helpful. Usually, they'll hand you a bottle of water with a friendly smile.The medical staff take time to listen, offer advice, make referrals and explain the "administrivia" of paper work. It mitigates bureaucratic aggravation.Last week I called ahead to see if I might be able to slot in to be seen just before closing time at 7 p.m. I was welcomed without hesitation. In fact, by the time my visit concluded it was nearly an hour past office hours. No one rushed, no one acted off put, everyone was stellar.There's obviously a need for a place like this during night time hours. It would avoid the shambolic guantlet of emergency room visits. This provider already goes behind the pale in their service, but a man can wish, no?I'd like to extend particular gratitude to the office for handling all of our Covid tests the past few months and to Melinda, my practitioner, for her recent care and assistance.If it sounds like I am.gushing, I am. There is a dearth of genuine healthcare assistance with a human touch I'm am overwhelmed system, especially during a pandemic. So, thank you kindly, Your Care.
