Phuong Nguyen's Online Review Report Card

Started the process for a Procedure in December. First visit was great. Felt comfortable and was ready to do this. I received a phone call a couple days later to set up an appointment but was driving and had to call back. The next day I called back. I was told Dr Nguyen January schedule was full and the office would call to reschedule for February. This is where it goes south. Never got a call back. Every time I called I was told the next Month was booked. Finally in late March while my wife was on a trip she took a stab at it and got me in for late April. Was a bit Frustrated but no big deal...I guess?? My procedure was on a Wednesday April 21 and was very nervous about this but was anxious to get it done as I do have some issues I discussed with Dr Nguyen. The Monday BEFORE the procedure I woke up with my wife asking??? Have you heard from the Dr Office??? No...I had Not. After a couple calls we got a RUSHED response. You need to come in and get your Bowel Prep right away and you will get instructions later. I did all of that. Got the Phone call with my Wife and I on Speaker together and received instructions then to stop taking Multivitamin, don't eat Dairy and nothing after noon on Tuesday. Did that. Went to Hospital for procedure and during review of the prior 48 hours there were a lot of confusion. Some how a Chicken Burrito came into the interview and as I was trying to tell the Nurse I didn't do that he walked off. No word just walked off. During all this I did the Flush as instructed and was pushing Water. Went into Procedure.... 15 minutes later I wake up to a Dr explaining how he found a Chicken Burrito and my wife trying to explain we followed instructions. All I see is the back of his head while COMING TO and that was it. He Walked out and to this day I have not seen his face again. Its almost July. I also received a letter stating Improper Prep. So we tried again. My wife Called to schedule an Appointment twice and no call back. I called and when she answered and got my name she Instantly tried to Schedule another procedure.......But something told me I should talk to the Dr before proceeding any further. At this piont I'm a bit....Upset. it seemed this was MY FAULT. and so I scheduled an Office visit. Went to the Appointment early in the morning and was told....You Have Been Scheduled for and ON LINE appointment. I Left heavilyFrustrated... SO at this point I still have no Answers and Have Not Recieved a Call from any body...NOTHING. So I get to start over with another Dr and still have the Issues I was Originally seeing Nguyen for and things are getting worse when I was hoping to be fixed by now. So I gave one star because I had to but in all....TOTAL FAILI

Did an amazing job removing my gallbladder a few years back! I would highly recommend him!
