Todd Sheldon's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Todd Sheldon is truly exceptional. I have a weird issue with my eyes and he took extra time, without prodding, to make sure my eye care regimen was perfect for my condition. Before coming, I found myself unable to wear contacts for more than a couple hours. After consultation, Dr. Sheldon's knowledge of current research and good practice immediately led to a different modality of lens that allowed me to wear contacts with comfort all day. He also answered questions about my concerns other doctors could not. I appreciate someone that is dedicated to quality care. He listened, took time to find the right approach, and made sure I understood...can't ask for much more.

As of today I no longer work for The company owned by mr.sheldon due to such poor awful circumstances I quit.! When I met him i was introduced as one of the best imployees of his new company, then a year later I tried reaching out to Mr.sheldon several times about his staff and my concerns for our clients and he never reached out to me not once! But what he did do was have the lady Kristy Walter's who now newly runs the company tell me to go threw her that he doesn't deal with things she does.. " how weird" i had all ready been reaching out to her and nothing was being done! Now looking at his website as a eye doctor I see Kristy 's husband Scott works very closely with Todd....again " how weird " how weird the new owner has his closely worked with employees wife running his new business and nobody seems to care about the new company but yet opening more company's in other states.... definitely unprofessional and looks like it's never been about clients but is about MONEY. Wish I could give 0 stars

While staff appears to be friendly and helpful, their billing system is poor and deceiving. They manipulate the coverage amount to have patients paying for more than what is allowed. Front desk appears to be friendly and most providers appear to be knowledgeable however, their medical recommendations are not always accurate, in many occasions misleading patients to get prescribed lenses and their adjustments when it is not always needed.
