I was devastated when Erin left. Was sure I'd never find anyone to take her place.I thank God for Wendy Z! She is excellent and I'm so relieved to see she is caring, kind, and knowledgeable.The whole staff is like that. Thank you. I pray you all stay healthy and willing to stay here!

Be warned, their billing is very bad. I have two full insurances and this office has messed up so many time. Sending a $2.00 issue to collections without ever contacting me.I am so tired of having to double check every medical visit for errors. You will NEVER see a real doctor only a RN or FNP. The front desk is exceptionally RUDE. My family went there for over 2 years only to be treated worse every year.Their office cleaning is pathetic. Good luck if you go there. You will need it.YOUR REPLY: Wow, a macro, really. This company couldn't even spare the time to read and reply with a comment. Just another real time example of how much NOVA health sucks.They will listen to you with your medical issues as well as they read this complaint. Go anywhere else.
