Efficient and caring care.Staff kind.Excellent service.
The receptionist Barbara kicked me out when I was covered in poison oak and couldn’t even hold a pen to fill out the application from grip damage because she didn’t like the questions that I was asking her. I wanted to know what the cost would be for the chances my insurance didn’t cover my visit and not only was she not helpful but she was rude and when I asked for help to fill out the application she continued to act like my questions were outrageous and end of the conversation by kicking me out and that was humiliating!
We received excellent care and kindness at Roseburg Nova Urgent Care Center. So grateful for all the folks that work there thank you to all of you for helping my family.
Barbra kicked me out when I was covered in poison oak and my grip was so bad and could barely hold a pen to fill out the application! All I did was ask what the cost would be for the visit for in case insurance didn’t cover it and for help filling out the application and it must’ve been the way I asked those questions because she humiliated me by kicking me out in front of everybody! I wasn’t causing a scene or holding up the line and nobody deserves to be booted out like that especially under the circumstances I was suffering! She should be ashamed but there is no accountability!
I’m writing a good/bad review regarding my experience with Nova Urgent Care on 4/20/22.I was greeted in the reception area by a very nice and friendly gentleman upon my arrival. I was lead to a private room by another friendly gentleman. So far, so good. Then, the doctor’s assistant, Mary Hunt came in to examine me. She was very professional and knowledgeable but, her bedside manner’s, if you will, were less than welcoming and friendly. I found her to be abrupt and not so compassionate. However, I do believe that her diagnosis of my issue, was correct. That’s huge and I completely acknowledge that.I will admit that I was very worried and anxious so it’s possible that I might have been a little sensitive. All in all, I strongly believe that she’ll be a very good doctor but she could certainly practice her empathy and compassion skills.
What kind of urgent care place doesn't have an x-ray tech on hand during business hours? Useless. No wonder it was so empty. Went to Evergreen across town and it was hopping. Clearly people know where to get real help.
You didn't have to wait too long to see someone. When I saw the Dr he was informative and made sure I understood my issue with my knee.
wow was this the best healthcare visit i have had. the nurse processed me quickly and had me waiting for provider. the provider was so professional an knew my problem immediately. she addressed my concern an anticipated my need for work note. this place is great.
Thankful for the quick and thorough care received by the entire staff.
I felt demeaned and judged for seeking a medical opinion there. I was told "well, you're not dying"... Obviously I didn't think I was dying or I would have gone to the ER, but the provider made me feel dumb for coming to get help. Maybe it was because I came at 5pm and they close at 6, so she was annoyed with having to do work. Who knows. I'd only go here if it's your only option.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
