Nova Health is the only urgent care I will go to. Everyone is always so friendly. They know exactly what they are talking about. I feel like the drs actually care about you. I’m always treated so good. Will continue to go back.

I went in with inflammation to ears. It was verified I had redness and irritation in root canal. Antibiotics were prescribed. The PA said they would try and find an ENT doctor in Roseburg or Eugene who could be of further assistance,since this was an on going ear condition.I had to go back twice more because the drugs prescribed were way out of range financially. The office contacted my pharmacy and worked with them to get me a good product at a reasonable price. Nova called me twice to assure me they were on task. Within less than two hours I had my meds in hand.Nova staff is always respectful,caring and willing to offer options and assistance.

I had an excellent visit at Nova. I was new to this office so wasn’t sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. Easy registration, and short wait time in my car was nice because I was quite ill. The staff was very professional and polite. Waiting room was very clean. My care-provider, Betty, was the best. Betty helped me with some questions that I had, was very kind, professional, compassionate, knowledgeable, and helpful. I was properly tested and my results were relayed to me appropriately. I felt my care was important to them and would recommend this office and care provider.
