This has been by far the least professional experience and worst experience I have ever had with a medical office. I made an appointment in August, it got rescheduled 3 times, I finally got in to see a provider in October to establish primary care as well as I needed a procedure done that should be routine for any doctor facility that claims they provide women’s care. I was told by multiple people before and during my appointment this could be done and I would receive a phone call to schedule the procedure in a day or 2. I waited weeks before I finally called and they said no one in their facility is trained to do that. Why was that not mentioned??? They said they were working on getting their providers trained for this and I said ok while I looked for a different doctor because I have no interest in being the Guinea pig on a procedure none of them have done before. They finally texted me to let me know they will not be training their doctors on this procedure and I need to go elsewhere, luckily I’ve already found a different provider that con do routine women’s procedures because I was already planning on never going back to this place. Total scam, waste of my time and money going to see anyone at this clinic. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and I certainly wouldn’t trust them with my medical care or anyone else’s.

I’ve had pretty good experiences with the providers I have seen but the girls who work the front desk and answer phones are awful. I dread having to call the office to ask anything. I have yet to have a good experience in the front of the place and I’ve been a patient since 2021. My dr recently left and I will probably be finding a new place as well.. I hate going in for an appointment and bring more anxious about the interaction at the front than I am my own appointment. Customer service is 0/10 at the front desk.

This is by far the worst medical office experience of my life. I decided to establish care here because I am interested in using natural medicine over pharmaceutical when appropriate, and their providers are said to be trained in this as well. I should have taken the fact that no one called me after I filled out their appointment request online & received an email stating someone would call within 3 days to schedule the appointment. After 3 weeks I called and left a voicemail, which no one returned my call. I later got someone on the phone & scheduled my first appointment. Since then I have had to return for appointments 2 more times in less than a 2 month span (more than I’ve ever needed to see a PCP within a year in the past, since I’m a healthy individual). Apparently this office does not contact you with lab/diagnostic results unless you schedule (pay) an office visit to go over them. They don’t respond on the patient portal, or to voicemails so the last time I needed my diagnostic results I decided to stop leaving/sending messages & I walked into the office & I finally refused to schedule yet another appointment to go over results that included a pap I had done more than 4 weeks before then. I requested my results so I could review them myself & switch medical practices. By the way, I just called the billing department because I was billed a co-pay for the appointment that was supposed to be my yearly physical, which should have no co-pay. Per the billing department, Eve Trail, PA-C billed it as both a physical & as a regular office visit since she reviewed lab results with me during the physical appointment 😮! I have never worked at any medical office (I’m a nurse) that does this, nor have I seen a provider that does this (if you discuss an acute issue during a physical, that would be a different story). The billing practices here seem unethical & there’s clearly staff incompetence, to say the least. If you’re considering establishing care here, I’d recommend you save yourself the grief & money (& possibly danger to your life if the results they won’t call you about are life-threatening), and find an ethical medical provider who is not just trying to milk money from patients, and clearly doesn’t care about their well-being. I’m still flabbergasted that such a medical practice exists!

I heard of this clinic on the radio, the targeted ad worked. I specifically chose a nurse practitioner of color in hopes that they’d provide quality care because it’s hard to find providers that care, but I was let down. I was told after my phone appointment that the medical assistant would be contacting me to schedule bloodwork but have yet to hear from them, it’s been over a month. I reached out and have to leave a voicemail, no actual person answers the phone. Instead of a call back I received an email with login instructions to their site that didn’t work. Also, the way they coded/billed my insurance was ridiculously high compared to a normal office visit I’ve had with other providers. It was all around a bad experience and I don’t recommend them.

Saw Dr. Rachel for Botox, and was extremely satisfied with her demeanor, professionalism, and gentle touch. Treatment was basically painless. Highly recommend her.

I wouldn’t recommend calling them. I’ve recently been diagnosed with Endo.. I’m looking for a new care provider to help me out. The receptionist was extremely unprofessional and very unhelpful. I get that your Dr’s are all booked out, but the least you could do was put me on a waitlist..

Wonderful! The staff are polite, patient and professional. Dr. Michelle Phelps is tuned in loud and clear. She REALLY listens and is personable. She pays attention to detail too which is vital! How refreshing. 5 🌟

They don't answer the phone or return calls from me or my pharmacy. I'm crying because after a week of waiting for my cymbalta refill it still hasn't been authorized and I'm now going cold turkey and I am so not doing ok

Dr. Phelps is very professional, friendly and makes me feel like she is genuinely interested in my physical well being.
