Totally satisfied! I had a great experience with my first time visiting this office! The staff was super friendly when I arrived. They got me in right on time, and I didn't feel rushed at all. Dr. Leech himself was very kind, personable, and patient. He took time to answer all of my questions, even the seemingly silly ones. I really appreciate that from any person but especially a doctor! I thought i was going to get contacts, and Dr. Leech walked me out front and asked the gals to make a special call to my previous doctors office to find out exactly the brand I had used in the past because they really worked for me. Then he asked them to be sure that I had a pair to walk out wearing as I didn't have any at the time. That was super cool of him. He didn't have to do all that, but he did it without hesitation. One of the other gals up front took the time to go over my benefits with me to help me make an informed decision on the best route to go, glasses vs. Contacts. She then proceeded to spend the next hour with me while mybpicky butt had to try on umpteen hundred pairs. She helped me narrow down my optiins, making my decision much less complicated than I ever would have been able to do on my own! I walked out totally happy with my decision and was able to see clearly with the pair of contacts Dr. Leech hooked me up with. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone, a friend or family member! There's nothing negative to say at all!! Great experience!

Doctor Leech is very thorough and considerate with his exams. He will take the time to carefully answer any questions you have.

Always polite staff. Dr. Leech takes his time and makes you feel valued. He was actually referred to us by our grandparents who have been his long time patients. Above all, Dr. Leech gets it right. Saved our family member from headaches caused by wrong prescription by the previous eye doctor.

Didn’t tell me they were planning to put plastic lenses in my frames nor ask me whether I would like to purchase plastic lenses for my glasses. I started wearing my glasses wondering why they always smudged, seemingly never returning to full clarity (and only could be wiped with certain materials) and scratched easily, I called and the office advised me that this is “common practice.” In my opinion, people should have the full range of options explained to them when making a purchase that pertains to their vision and not simply retrofitted with what staff deem new technology. My frames are thinner than the plastic lenses put in them and they do not fit nicely into the frames, obviously sticking out around the edges. I wanted glasses, not safety goggles..

Dr. Leech is not only very knowledgeable but is extremely kind. Staff has gone above and beyond for me on multiple occasions. Great atmosphere, great office.

I am absolutely impressed with this gentleman. My daughter was premature and since birth she has had yearly checkups at the world famous Oregon Eye Institute with Drs Fine, Hoffman, and Packer and upon moving to Roseburg, Dr Andrea Gray. She was seen for nearly 12 years at the Oregon Eye Institue and 3 years with Dr Gray and not one of them caught that she had a lazy eye. Dr Leech caught it the FIRST time he saw her. I won't take my kids anywhere else now, very highly recommended!

I made a point of asking the staff before my appointment if the accepted my insurance. I was assured they did. After getting my glasses I get a bill for just over $200. They said they made a mistake and they did not accept my insurance and I had to pay, which I did. I few months later I called them back and again asked if they accepted my insurance and again they assured me they had done the paperwork to accept my insurance. This time I called my insurance company and was told that they were not on the list of approved providers and no paperwork had been submitted to get on the list. I liked the doctor, but the lies the staff told me will ensure I never see him again.

Always willing to help with even "silly" questions. Always cheerful.

Very courteous and spent time explaining and talking to me. Love my glasses. Very happy and would recommend.
