Incredible place! My partner has suffered with severe depression for years. They tried multiple SSRIs and APs, but none of them ever got them totally out of their depression. Just a couple months into TMs treatments, though, and they began to see more improvement in their symptoms than they saw after years of being on medications. They just finished up treatment today, and their depression is officially in remission! Think they had something like an 84% reduction in symptom intensity? The staff here are super friendly, and they do everything they can to make sure that the time you spend here is comfortable. If you've been struggling with depression and anxiety, but haven't had much success on medicines, please give TMS a try, whether it's here or somewhere else. I know it sounds like pseudoscience--but it isn't.

I am very disappointed in this clinic. My adult son reached out to them for treatment for his severe depression. Because he hadn't been on several antidepressants -- only one prescription in the past--they wouldn't give him the time of day. He doesn't want to take a bunch of pills. He said after they told him that he didn't qualify because of that, he said he just wanted to drive off a cliff. This is helping my son HOW? It was clear that their office person or whomever he spoke to could care less about my son and his health problems. This is unacceptable in 2021. Life is hard enough without places like NeuroStar Advance Therapy in Salem, Oregon to shut people down without a care who reach out for their help.

I had just finished up with treatments and would like to say this is an amazing company. They go out of their way to help you with anything you needed from start to finish. Very friendly staff. I would highly recommend them if you are looking to start TMS treatments.
