This place is so slow its mind blowing. 5 hours in the waiting area and still waiting. I will never come to this slow hospital ever again. I would give this place a half star if not a quarter star. A void coming here!! Silverton or Portland hospitals are where to go!!

The wait time is unreal. I came in because I was assaulted the day prior. Thought I broke my hand. Tried going to Salem clinic but the denied me because of some thing where they can’t take people that are pressing charges or something whatever. But I got here everything went well until I was done with triage. It took 2 hours to get called back for and x-ray. Then 4 hours for the x ray results. After the results it took another 1hr for the doctor to see me now I’m currently waiting for my splint in this waiting room. I’ve been here since 12pm it is now currently 7:04pm and still waiting. If you have a life outside the hospital time to be seen. I advise you go to the silverton hospital because this hospital is horrible when it comes to time management. I over her a little girl was attacked by a dog and that poor little girl is still waiting out there in the waiting room and I saw they came in at 2 pm. 5 hours for that girl to still be seen. This is ridiculous.

Just here to make sure Nancy is fired. It’s been two days. How long does the review process take? Would’ve fired her immediately after watching that sixty second tiktok video. What a disgrace.

Nancy the green haired nurse making fun of someone in extreme distress in the ER is beyond awful. If it couldn’t get worse, the patient in the video commented she thinks it’s her after seeing it on TikTok. Can you imagine how she must feel? What kind of nurse would conduct themselves like this?

ER techs will post recorded videos of you that you are unaware of, especially Nancy, and then make fun of you.

This place is a joke, no literally, ask Nancy the green haired laughing nurse. She is a clown and this hospital is her circus, fire Nancy Salem health.
